Seclusion and free camping come together at this dispersed site at the end of NF 4800-532, set among fir trees within Mt. Hood National Forest. The site has room for a couple of small tents under tree cover, plus additional space on open gravel. A stream down the hill provides a water source for filtering. Fire restrictions limit legal fire use to a narrow window each year, and on summer weekends, expect other drivers to check whether the spot is taken before evening.
