Lovely Woods and waterfall

Seneca Lake and Taughannock Gorge Trail with waterfall is beautiful. However, swimming in lake is mediocre, and lots of steps on the hike. Only 2 showers in each bathhouse and low-end. Toilets are old and a bit dirty. Tent sites are

spacious and somewhat private. Electric sites are small and…

Quaint quiet safe campground

We got a nice back in spot right next to the clubhouse. Everyone has been quite friendly. Prices at the little store are reasonable. I would not fully recommend this for people needing wifi at this time.

Good enough stop over.

This place is right on the river and the freeway! So it’s kind of loud the people are super friendly and had fresh vegetables and home baked goods available. There’s always snacks. All the sites are full hook up I’m pretty sure . They used to have tent sites but no longer. The river is very pretty…

Mosquitos and Sewer Smells

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and ended up leaving a day early due to sewage smells from the leech fields, an insane amount of mosquitos, and rude staff. It’s a shame as the campground has so much potential but it appears that the owners have lost interest.

A bit of a letdown

Our second KOA experience. We rented a deluxe cabin which was clean and spacious; give 4-4.5/5 for the cabin. Our site on the end and looking at the other sites around - great sites! Again would give a 4-4.5/5 there as well. The let downs - the lack of maintained grounds other than the sites and…

Kind of crowded but beautiful lake

Had a nice time the campsites were a little close together and there were a lot of people at the campground however it was beautiful. The lake is an awesome color and there is a lot of information about the area and the lake itself around the park. Even though the sites were close together they…

Nice relaxing

Easy access off I-88 friendly owner, friendly seasonal people. Pull thru full hookup, level, spacious. Room for pop up canopy and games. Great views of the mts.No pool but swimming pond which is not real appealing but useable. Very laid back, relaxing vibe. Unfortunatly we were there after a lot of…

Small, Quaint near Waterfalls

I've been here several times to hike to the waterfall or for parties. It's quite small with about 15-20 sites, but they aren't right on top of each other either. Great place for young families sure to the playground, short hike to the falls, bathrooms, pavilions, and very close to Seneca Lake and…

Keuka Lake State Park - great campground!

The campsites were large, clean and relatively private. Very quiet - no noise after 9:00. A lot of families and seniors.

Great campground at great location

We have gone to this campground for the past 5 years. We have always had a great experience and the camp has always been clean and bathrooms also have always been clean. Only down side is that there are not full hookups. But we really don’t mind that at all. The campground is perfect location near…

A1 NYS campground

Large sites, clean restrooms & showers. Should be a model for other state campgrounds. Nice swimming beach & playgrounds for kids. About half hour to Watkins Glen. Beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Great stay, choose your site wisely!

We stayed 2 nights at site 1002. I think this site is one of the best in the campground! Very secluded and private. Be weary that some of the camp sites are closer to playgrounds than they appear on the map.

Great facilities, dumpsters, potable water! Bring lots of bugspray and fire starters as it…

Small, quiet, rustic

This is the kind of camping experience we love. Stayed 3 nights and would have enjoyed a few more. Secluded and rustic. Only 10 sites, all FF. Large wooded sites, plenty of privacy. We arrived on Friday and only 3 other sites were occupied. The FS sure says this fits RVs up to 24 ft. Most sites…

Crowded Camping

We had a good time here but was very crowded. We found some more sites through Hipcamp. Highly recommend Pooh’s Corner for a more private campsite.
