Sandy Valley Road

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Dispersed camping on BLM land outside Blue Diamond, Sandy Valley Road gives drive-in access to open desert terrain with room for rigs up to at least 34 feet. Campfires, pets, and alcohol are permitted. One significant drawback noted by visitors: the area has accumulated scattered garbage and discarded tires, suggesting it sees irregular use as an informal dump site. Bring extra trash bags and plan to pack out more than you bring in.

Garbage everywhere

Lots of spots, but the area is trashed. Garbage all over the place and used tires, looks like folks use this area as a dump. Also looks like there are some folks living in a fifth wheel near the highway.
