Pahrump Station RV Park

Just west of Pahrump's main corridor, this established RV park sits on level ground with paved internal roads that make navigation straightforward for larger rigs. The property features full hookups across approximately 60 sites, though space between units runs tight throughout most of the park. Palm trees provide some visual interest in the back section, while mature shade trees offer relief from Nevada's intense sun in select spots.

Sites pack closely together, creating a community atmosphere that some campers appreciate while others find crowded. The park operates without a reservation system, requiring drive-up availability checks and a rig inspection before acceptance. SMCadventures4u notes "sites are very close together" and mentions the sprinkler system can leave hard water spots on equipment. Cell service reaches moderate levels with two bars reported on major carriers.

A single dumpster serves the entire facility and tends to overflow during busy periods. Two washers and dryers handle laundry needs, though equipment occasionally breaks down. The attached hotel restaurant provides on-site dining, while a commercial laundromat operates across the street for backup washing needs. Many sites house permanent residents with established porches and setups.

Campers should prepare for a self-service experience, as front desk staff may not be fully familiar with RV park operations and gates sometimes remain unprogrammed.

Visitors often highlighted the convenient location and shaded sites with full hookups. Some feedback indicated problematic check-in procedures and overcrowding issues, though the attached restaurant received positive mentions.

Could use a little TLC

This place is inexpensive and a convenient location, with a decent grounds and pool. Unfortunately, the check in process for newcomers is a bit flawed and disorganized. The two women working the front desk seem to not even know there is an rv park connected to the hotel (best western). When asked if there was laundry on site, the employee told me she was “unsure but there is a laundromat across the street if not”.

Cable doesn’t work throughout the park, hot tub was down and pool gate is impossible to open even with a key. Although the place is gated, the gates are “not programmed” and “some of them remain open at all times”. You will have to drive around the park to figure out which gates are open- again, part of my instructions from the front desk. Also- if you drive down the wrong side of the street to get to your site, be prepared to back down the street in your RV or trailer, as there is no place to turn around.

If you need a few day stay at an inexpensive rate, this place will work…. Please be prepared to figure everything out on your own.

Ok place close to "downtown" Pahrump

Although the back section looks nice with the palm trees, sites are very close together.  The sprinkler system will leave hard water spots all over your stuff.  There is no mail service, so you have to find a different way to get mail.  Didn't use the Wi-Fi.  Cell service is ok, 2 bars on Verizon and AT&T.  You can not make reservations, and they need to inspect your rig before they will let you in for the 10 year rule and to make sure it looks nice, although there are other rigs in the park that are well over 10 years old and look like crap.  There is one dumpster for close to 60 sites that tends to be overfull all the time.  Two washers and dryers, one dryer was broke. There is a laundromat across the street. A lot of sites are permanent with the porch to prove it. Its an ok spot, nothing fancy.  The Pour House restaurant attached to the hotel is nice.  Good food, bar and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights, if that's your thing.
