Multiple campers appreciated the convenient Death Valley proximity and full hookup availability. However, some feedback indicated concerns about dust, limited shade, and management reliability.

Avoid like plague.

I am giving it low rating because the manager is a liar. She said my cat will be allowed outside but on the day of signing the lease and moving in, she wrote down on the lease that the cat is not permitted outside of the RV. Of course, I refused to move in. She waisted my time and money. There are few spaces that are shaded and these are taken, the rest are treeless. The spaces are small. No swimming pool. I was told the Wifi is sketchy. The neighborhood is also sketchy.

Handy stop off, but not a destination

Chose this site to be close to Death Valley without having to stay in the park because of the heat, just as a stop off.  Mainly permanent residents here ( 60% of Pahrump is trailers), friendly staff and a convenient place to stop before heading through Death Valley in the morning.  It wouldn't be somewhere to come as a destination though.

Decent rv park

Gravel roads when you enter into this RV park as well as gravel spots, full hook ups, showers and bathrooms, a nice little grass area with barbecue grill and picnic tables nice little dog area nearby a lot of dust however it has everything you could need not to mention you’re very close to death Valley so it’s a great little RV park nearby to Death Valley without being in the heart of death Valley overall a well kept little RV park for a day or two
