Nice for overnight if you have your own toilet

Arrived 2am without a reservation. Clear list of available sites and prices. Narrow paved pad, long enough to stay hooked up. Sandy gravel otherwise that turns to mud as they water the trees every night. Fine otherwise. Full hookups worked fine. Restrooms and laundry close at 5, open in the morning because you need to go into the office to get a key from them. Would stay here again.

Short stays

Sites are very close together and shorter. Just able to get 40’ motor home in without sticking out into road. Construction going on next door that starts early morning. Facilities are nice and updated. Easy access to Reno.

Good spot

This campground is located right below the boomtown casino in Verdi, NV. It's a well maintained ground. And pretty quiet. Several long-term sites in the back. All in all not a bad spot to spend a week or two.

Parking lot.

Services stop at 5:00 pm. When you arrive after 5 and like to shower or use laundry you are out of luck. Better go to the casino. Sites are uneven and very narrow.

Good roadside stop

Stopped for one night because we needed hookups after dry camping for three days. Clean KOA, pool was open, store was open, bathrooms were shortened hours (covid).. friendly staff. Pull through and back in sights available same day.

Boomtown Bonanza!

What a nice campground! Right off I-80 and close to the Boomtown Casino but oh so peaceful and quiet. This campground has everything for the RV camper. It is also close to the Truckee River and great fishing.

Crowded, packed in

Stayed here one night. Hookups and different size sites. We were crammed in the back up against a chain-link fence. Some trash along the fence. Near highway so definitely some road and light pollution. Only one bathroom was open for the entire campground. OK for a last-minute stopover but would not otherwise stay again.

Nice views and nice staff

Stayed here for over a week. Right outside of Reno. Close to a Walmart. Mountain View’s and lots of pull through spots. Back in and pull in spots around the edges of the whole park. Lots of grass and pool

Okay

The place was clean and friendly. Disappointing bathrooms with only a couple toilet/shower combos. Irritated that my laundry took longer that I thought, so at 11:05 they shut off the campsite water.

Concrete Camping But Good

Nice amenities, typical spaces, clean and the staff was friendly. Shuttle to the casino for dinner and drinks was a nice option.
