Great spot

This shooting complex is a great facility for the gun and archery enthusiast, and has level, full hookup, pull through sites with a great view of the Las Vegas valley, at a tremendous value. No pool, showers, laundry or further camping resort features. Just this large grownup playground with lots of popping sounds! (Shooting) If gunfire melts your snowflake, this won’t be your favorite spot

If I could have wrote zero I would have

Before they built the complex they used to go shooting gear and so did a lot of other people and they took all the desert away supposedly for this complex and put a fence around the whole Mountain which was unnecessary I live in the closest neighborhood to the range and it's probably the worst thing that they have built in 15 years of living here and I think the range is only open a couple days out of the week unless you're military or police

Siteevery single one of them sucks I've been to all of them

Different place

Very different kind of campground super close to Las Vegas, this land is administered by Clark County and includes one of the greatest and largest shooting facilities in the entire country. Follow Decateur Boulevard north to the traffic circle as you’re leaving the city limits of Las Vegas and there you are, a not inconvenient distance to city comforts and attractions. In addition to rifle, archery, pistol, they have skeet, trap, and sport clay shooting. Needless to say, this isn’t really where you’d go for a peaceful quiet camping experience communing with nature, but it’s pretty unique and fun if this is your hobby/interest. Tragically, being southern Nevada, it can be devastatingly hot no matter what time of year it is…

Quiet with great valley views

We stayed here a week and enjoyed our stay & took advantage of their handgun course. While it isn't required, you can avail yourself of the many programs they offer for handgun & rifle range, archery, & skeet. Far from the noise of the city, at the edge of developed areas (end of Decatur), secure gated location. All sites are pull thru with alot of room, (we are a class A with 23' trailer for 57' length), with power (both 30 & 50), water, & sewer. The RV sites are directly across from the skeet shooting range.

Full Hookups next to the range

This campsite is on the Clark County Shooting Complex property. It has 62 RV spots with hookups. There is a 14 day max on staying with a 24 hour break before you can stay another 14 days. Ensures others get the chance to stay at this location. The cost is $30 per night. The place is secure and well-maintained. You have full access to come and go when the facility is closed if you are staying at the RV site. I didn't notice any tent camping areas, but all the RV sites were lined up with no shade/trees.
