TravelerWe camped one night in a tent in site #12. Luckily it was a cool evening because the scent of the vault toilet wafted over our site off and on. Can't imagine being here on a hot humid day in the summer. I'm sure this campground is fine for overnight if you are self contained in an RV. Good if you don't want to be too far off the Interstate but also don't want the traffic noise.
LegendOne night at a spot with water and electric off season is $80. Just about turned back around and kept driving. I know, KOA is costly. The upside, nice showers, laundry. Nice enough spot in the shade which is great since it is very hot today.

LegendThis RV Park is right outside the north entrance to Yellowstone and is conveniently located in the town of Gardiner. We couldn’t get any reservations in the north part of the park so this was the next best thing. Sites are close, but the park is clean and well run.
LegendWhat’s not to like? A beautiful RV Park and admission to the hot springs next door is included for day of arrival and all the next day (out day of departure). They have live music tomorrow evening at the hot springs which sadly we’ll miss. Plus Bozeman is just a short drive away. We loved spending the day browsing and dining in downtown Bozeman.
GuideWe stayed here for 3 nights while we explored the Lamar Valley area of Yellowstone. We also took a day trip to Bozeman. The area is beautiful. We had elk come through the campground one night. The view from our extra wide back in aite was breathtaking. We used the laundry and the machines worked perfectly and we did not think they were over priced. We would definitely stay here again.
ScoutWe booked 5 hours before we arrived and were told that hotsprings were open until sun set; 7:56 pm, however just after 6 pm staff started to boot people out anf they were closed before 7pm. When it was brought up to Anthony who claimed to be the manager on 5 Sept he could care less, partly due to the fact he was late opening and "no one was going to hold him accountable"! He further stated that he did not care that military members booked because after driving all day we needed to soak. Stating it was his "call" and none of us would get any funds returnd.
TravelerI thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The spot was level and well maintained, laundry facilities clean, check in personnel very nice and helpful. The best part was the Hot Springs next door. I went both nights and the second night there was live music which was wonderful. They provide towels, showers and have shampoo and conditioner available at the springs. And the outside lighting was very relaxing. I will definitely be back.
