RV > Tent

Between the free coffee, breakfast, & hot spring access our stay was worth it. Tent sites were small, no privacy. I wish we would have had our RV. Not an ideal place to tent camp in my opinion. Near a busy (noisy) highway. Clean facilities. Staff were all friendly & helpful.

Great Overnight Stay!

We stayed here on our way to Glacier and Grand Tetons. It’s a great overnight stay, especially cause your get to use the hot springs. We probably wouldn’t stay here more than a couple nights just because it’s on a busy highway and it backs up to houses/trailers, but if you’re passing through and want to use the hot springs and need a place to stay overnight, this place is great! Clean bathrooms, too.

Good place to stay, nice hot springs

Nice dog park across the street, sites are a little tight but its perfect for a couple night stay. Awesome that its only 35 miles to Big Sky and its a gorgeous drive. Our sire only had electric/water but i know there are some with full hookups. Picnic tables and fire rings and sites are gravel.

Great hot springs

A little pricey RV Park, but the free entrance for 2 to the hot springs and free breakfast is well worth the stay

Worth it for the Hot Springs Access

Stayed in cabin 8. Paths to the cabin were clean and well landscaped. Campground bathrooms were so/so. Hot Springs locker room was much nicer. Grounds were quiet at night (quiet hours from 11pm were respected), which was good because the cabin windows didn’t seal tightly so the sound came in. The heater in the cabin was also efficient for warming it up even though it was chilly and rainy outside. The hot springs access is what makes it worth the price. I soaked in the evening and early the next morning and both were relaxing. Live music was awesome for ambiance too.

Located next to a hot spring

Friendly personnel. Clean, level campsites with some grass and shade. Price includes free breakfast and admission to Bozeman Hit Springs. Bathrooms are clean, but, not over the top. Not far from busy road.

We stayed in a little cabin and it was so cute. Clean, comfortable, and the outdoor area was really nice. The nearby hotsprings was the cherry on top!

Close to Bozeman, but pricey

The campground was clean and well built. The showers are okay, but very low water pressure and smelling of sulphur. I believe the hot water is fed by the natural hot spring. I was a bit frustrated that they required us to stay in a "deluxe" tent site with a truck tent, as they a re quite a bit more expensive. We were also forced to find a new campground after two days because they shut down half of their campground for the season, even though the other half was completely booked up for weeks in advance.

Needed it for the Cell Service, but not worth the price!

At more than $60/night for a primitive tent site, I only popped for this spot because I needed reliable service for a meeting the next morning.

The hot springs themselves were man-made pools and packed when I was there.

If I was in an RV and spending a long weekend in Bozeman, this spot was conveniently located.

Just a little pricey for my needs!

Beautiful Campground and Hot Springs!

We are Bozemanites who just bought our first travel trailer and decided to take it for a test run close to home just in case. I was impressed by the large grassy areas between the pull thrus and the beautiful landscaping and mature trees.

We also enjoyed visiting the hot springs during our stay. It was very busy on a Saturday night, but quiet on Sunday morning. Don't forget that the hot springs are closed from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday!

A take-away breakfast was provided with a variety of items and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We will certainly consider staying again for a short staycation!

Highs and lows

Scooters, alcohol, bikes, clothes drying racks, outdoor tables. All of these things are against the written rules of the campground. We didn’t see a lot of enforcement, but the written penalty is immediate removal from the site. The hot springs were fun, but pretty crowded, especially for pandemic times. It was like we were camping outside of someone’s health club. Free breakfast, but nothing my kids would eat. Yogurt and hard boiled eggs, a Danish of some sort. Can’t complain about free, but didn’t take advantage of it Day 2

Deluxe RV sites are awesome

Awesome deluxe site with access to the hotsprings. Water was clean, power consistent, and staff was lovely.

However, note that the cheapo sites can be pretty shabby, facing houses or roads.

Relaxing and quiet

We got in later at night and had a back on site. We are new to RVing but, we were able to get in the spot! Not a lot of lighting but, we had headlamps. Staff were super welcoming and gave us a military discount. Bathrooms were clean and the grounds for the park were nicely kept. Outside of the park is a trailer park but, there didn’t seem to be any issues.

Nice, expensive.... not all sites are created equal.

We rolled in late and were extremely disappointed with our site in the B row. Our picnic table was less than 5 feet from our neighbor's camper and we couldn't have a fire for fear of burning their car. We canceled our 2nd night as soon as the office opened the next morning.....as we walked around, we realized there are good sites- we just didn't have one. We were able to rebook in C row, where we had a lot more room(more expensive). Unfortunately, we realized the sprinkler systems will soak your stuff if you leave it out😡, but it was a good site.

This place isn't cheap, but it does include entrance to the springs, which are pretty nice. Be careful which row you book in and you should be ok. In the end, the cabins look like they are the best deal.

Nice spot!

Nice campground! Not much road noise at all, well kept grassy areas for tents, fire pits and picnic tables. The showers and bathrooms are generally well kept. Wish the WiFi worked better, but it’s camping. The passes to the hot springs were a fun perk too. Nice that it has a decent size dog run area. Would recommend!

Covid-Unsafe

As campgrounds go, this one was fine but nothing special. The appeal for us was the adjacent Hot Springs facility, access to which is included in the campground fee. We went on a Saturday night and were floored by the lack of control by management and lack of Covid-19 concern by guests. There was a huge sea of humans packed into the several pools. Masks may have not been practical, but there was zero social distancing. The management required masks in the lobby but were clearly just going through the motions. I left immediately and emailed the owners about my concerns. They chose not to respond. Avoid this park if you’re concerned about public health.

Deluxe

Great layout, Bozeman is a super nice location, and these people don’t skimp on the hot springs pools. 15-20 different sulfur pools, all of different temps. The pools were both indoor and outdoor, with one big enough to do laps in. Workout area with 20-30 aerobic machines and plenty of weights, a sauna and steam room and fantastic front desk service. The tent sites are - again for an RV location - in an open lawn area with no privacy. And I must admit to being spoiled from Japanese onsens, where cleaning/bathing is an important ritual for everyone, where there are pools with lavender, pools to get energized, pools good for various ailments, etc. Here in Bozeman, the only variations between the pools were size and temp. Again, if you hadn’t been to Japan, this place gets A and B grades from a lot of people. It’s just hard for me to see people who obviously haven’t taken a shower get in the pools.

Fantastic, rain or shine

Bozeman hot Springs campground

The sites at these grounds do vary a bit. We were in Row C in a back-in site with fhu. We were very close to the path to go to the hot springs which wound up being a nice feature for us, even though it meant a bit of cut-through from other campers. The lawn behind the sites in C Row were immaculate with green grass, nice stone-lined fire pits and large decorative rocks. While the sites are close together, the space on the grass gives it a sense of openness. The share facilities looked nice & clean but we didn’t take advantage of any laundry, bathrooms or breakfast offered as amenities. However, the main focus for us were the use of the hot springs. Campers are given bracelets for access to use the Hot Springs 12 pools which are... incredible. The indoor and outdoor pools vary in temperature from 106-56 degrees, with most comfortable temps. We had inclement weather for most of our 4-night stay and visited the hot springs at least once/day. For $5/day, you can also use their large gym. The campgrounds are about 15 min from Downtown Bozeman and from University of Montana campus. There is a little bakery/coffee shop about 100 yards from the camp that serves a great breakfast burrito.

Great fire pits and FREE admission to Hot Springs

Not sure what everyone complains about.. we checked in late and left early, so no interaction with staff. The grounds are very well maintained and the fire rings are pretty great! Our site had lush grass and we were next door to the hot springs, which we were given wrist bands for the entire week of our stay. Also the Hot Springs' business hours are listed on google pretty clearly, so again no issues. It's pricey, but it's Bozeman in the Summer.

Fabulous Camp with Hot Springs!

I found this place by accident, and couldn't have been happier! Stayed for 2 nights while going to a concert in Bozeman, and the hot springs next door are a huge bonus. The sites are open and the area is windy, so set your stabilizers or you may be rocking all night long. Sites are full-serviced, clean, level, and the managers are terrific. The hot springs next door are very upscale, have many pools, and live music, all just a few minutes stroll from the campground. Minutes to Bozeman for food, entertainment, etc. Highly recommend.
