The concrete pads are narrow, with grass areas immediately outside RV doors. Some sites require navigating steep inclines to reach level parking, which has caused leveling jack issues for longer rigs. During rainy periods, the grass areas become muddy with standing water, creating tracking issues for pet owners. Road noise from nearby I-10 is constant throughout the day and night.
Sites are easy to access and maneuver into, even for larger RVs with tow vehicles. The campground provides basic amenities including restrooms, showers, and WiFi, though connectivity can be limited.
