Meh

Not the best, but works. Hardly any space between lots. The “dog run” is a sidewalk of sand. Yuck. Owner is very nice and most of the residents are full time and are traveling nurses or lineman. Walking distance to good tacos, and a short drive to grocery store.

Beautiful

Nice spacious lots right on the lake.

Awesome park

Awesome spacious lots with lots of outdoor activities.

Friendly staff

A great hidden gem! Lots of full timers and still plenty of over nighters.

Beautiful lots

Very well maintained!!! Very open and you can see for miles. Close to the interstate. Due to Covid, no outa staters are alpine in the casino. I was told this over the phone without even asking about it. So the staff was kind of rude. But park is manned 24/7.

Beautiful

Huge beautiful park. A lot of hiking and biking trails. Boat ramp and store in the park. We saw about 20 deer each day.

Close to everything

Level pads with some close easy hiking. Minutes from lake Powell and Horseshoe bend.

2 parks 2 different feels

Lived in the front park for 6 months. Busy with outside traffic and trains. Park in the back of base is newer and nicer. 20x40 level concrete pads. Secluded from the rest of base. Little fishing pods and trails from old golf course. Bath house with 4 separate rooms with toilets and showers. Washer and dryer. Near giant voice speaker so you won’t sleep in past 8am any day and you’ll hear any emergency. Only way out is tricky during pt hours in the morning with all the runners. Large dog park a short walk away.

Open and easy to drive

We have been here for about 3 weeks. Flat concrete pads but some have a steep incline to get to. On our first spot we bent a leveling jack trying to park it because it dragged the concrete. Concrete is only wide enough for rig so it’s grass outside your door or some pads have a deck left by the previous long timer. Some sites get soupy with rain. Close to shops and restaurants and some noise from nearby I-10.

Friendly staff

Stayed for 3 months. Lots of pine trees, so we were battling those needles constantly but worth the shade. Tight driving in but doable. Lots of permanent residents with older model RVs. If the wind was right you could smell some “extracurricular” activities. Enjoyed my stay but don’t know if I’ll go back.

First to Review
Great level spots

The park great and very easy to get into (35’ 5th wheel). It was very full while we were there but the spots were set up to feel like you still had your own space from your neighbors. Room to park 2 cars. 2 separate spots to tie into the sewer which was nice. Level concrete pads with picnic tables. Hosts where very helpful. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would stay again.
