Pavilion RV Park

RV travelers seeking a convenient overnight stop with full hookups will find Pavilion RV Park positioned just off Interstate 20 in West Monroe. This older, established park caters primarily to short-term stays and features sites that accommodate rigs up to 50 feet with electric, water, and sewer connections.

The park's compact layout presents navigation challenges for larger trailers, with tight spacing between sites and sharp turns at difficult angles. Long-term residents occupy some spots with older campers, though visitors consistently report feeling safe and encountering friendly neighbors. A small pond with a bridge and bench provides a focal point within the developed setting.

Management operates by phone reservation, with staff noted for helpfulness in coordinating arrivals and providing detailed information via text. Site rates range from $30 to $34 depending on available discounts for AAA members, military personnel, and other qualifying groups. The laundry facility includes a change machine for quarters, and WiFi coverage receives positive marks from guests.

The park's location near a Pilot travel center and across from the Ike Hamilton Expo Pavilion makes it practical for event attendees or travelers needing fuel and supplies. As one recent visitor noted, "Due to below freezing weather we wanted hookups" – highlighting the park's role as a reliable option when conditions demand more than basic camping. Restaurant options are readily available across the interstate for camping near West Monroe.

Many campers appreciated the helpful phone service and competitive rates with military/AAA discounts. Some noted challenging site navigation with larger RVs due to tight turns and close spacing.

Great for a night

Older park but great for one night. Normally for just a quick atop we would do Waldock or Cracker Barrel. Due to below freezing weather we wanted hookups. Called and left a message. Lady who called back could not have been nicer. Texted all info I needed. Wifi is strong here too.

Good enough!

Lady on the phone is super helpful and friendly. Sites are anywhere between $34 and.$30 depending on your discount of AAA, Military, etc. Few runsdown campers from what appears to be long term residents. However, the park felt safe and everyone was nice and friendly. Also, the laundry room is legit if you need to wash clothes and has a change machine in it to convert your bills to quarters...Would stay here again.

Good quality, right off the interstate, good for a stopover

The layout is a bit tricky to navigate with a trailer, spots are close and the turns are sharp with bad angles. There’s a cute pond with a bridge and bench. Other than that it’s in a developed area near a truck stop, an exhibition center, across the interstate there are many restaurant selections, and there’s a tractor supply.
