At Pecanland we take pride in offering our residents a great place to live. A 150 pad mobile home and RV park, Pecanland features large lots, paved roads, and well maintained grounds in a quiet wooded setting that enjoys easy access to all of Monroe. The park is surrounded by trees and undeveloped land, but is only 1 mile from both I-20 and Hwy 165.

Mostly for permanent house trailers, bad part of town

I had planned on staying here, but opted for Ouachita RV park down the road because I did not feel safe. It accommodates RVs and has full hookups and a dump station, but the atmosphere isn’t worth the cheaper price. It is mainly a house trailer park.
