A 150 pad mobile home and RV park, Pecanland features large lots, paved roads, and well maintained grounds in a quiet wooded setting that enjoys easy access to all of Monroe. The park is surrounded by trees and undeveloped land, but is only 1 mile from both I-20 and Hwy 165.
