AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Needed to make a reservation for my husband who travels for work. Checked their website for cancelation policy and there isn't one.  They don't take credit cards and requested one month's deposit plus a deposit for electric. Sent a cashier's check for$750.00, 4 weeks prior to arrival date. One week later, we contacted them to advise we would not be coming. Refunded the$200.00 only. Very disappointed, said they" never dealt with something like this before" but had NO problem keeping an entire month's lot fee. Think long and hard before booking here. It's 2023 and EVERYONE utilizes credit card payments.

Price Gouging

I have a class A 50 amp RV and got put in a 30 amp pull thru with no sewer hookup and no wifi or cable and duck and goose poo everywhere .  The lady I assume was the owner is extremely rude and charges 60$ a day for.  The bathroom facilities are filthy and whatever you do don't buy any of the smelly outdated crap in the office store that reeks of musty mold.  Worst 4 days ever.

SiteA pull thru.

Wonderful location

Tucked in and away a beautiful holler, this is what modern day camping is at its finest. The staff are amazing, and friendly. When you walk into the main office you’re greeted by items of nostalgia and a past long gone, from a Boy Scouts weblo book to lps and this place is amazing. Be sure to grab some cash on your way out because they accept nothing else at the moment.
