Tween the Lakes RV Park & Campground

Accessible from I-69/I-24, Tween the Lakes RV Park & Campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet with full hookups on concrete pads. The campground operates year-round with rates ranging from $42-45 per night, and online check-in allows campers to find their assigned sites marked upon arrival. Sites feature electric, water, and sewer connections, though several reviewers note the concrete pads require leveling blocks.

The campground sits in a valley location that reduces highway noise for most sites. Gigi R. calls it a "clean, no frills campground," which captures the straightforward approach here. A county trail system begins just down the road from the campground, providing hiking opportunities and dog walking access to the nearby river. The property accommodates both overnight travelers and long-term residents.

Campers can access WiFi, and pets are welcome throughout the grounds. The facility includes a dump station and allows campfires. For those exploring the region, Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park sits less than two miles south, while camping near Gilbertsville offers additional options in the area. The location works well as an overnight stop or base for exploring the Land Between the Lakes region.

A basic stopover campground with concrete full hookup sites just off I-69/I-24. Visitors often highlighted the convenient highway access and cleanliness, but noted unlevel pads and traffic noise as drawbacks.

Easy to Access

We are traveling in a 45 ft fifth wheel. This campground was easy to access, we did not hear any traffic noise, and the campground is in a valley, making it pretty quiet. We really enjoyed the trails next door to the river, great hiking, and walking the dogs.

No frills campground

This is a no frills campground just off of I-69/I-24. Check in was completed online and our site was marked with our name. All sites are full hook up with concrete pads. The county has a trail system that begin just a few hundred feet down the road that is a nice stretch of the legs. The skeleton on the motorcycle welcoming you was interesting, maybe we were really early or really late for Halloween. The campground is in need of some TLC of the grounds. There also seems to be a lot of long term residents.

Great overnight stop

There are many pull through spots all concrete. Just off the freeway so no time lost for an overnight stay. Very clean and very friendly camp hosts.

No frills but easy to get to

Easy to get to from the highway. Clean, no frills campground. Reason for 4 star review is the concrete pads are not level so be prepared with level bocks.
