Includes full RV hookups, 50/30amp, water, and sewer/septic. 1/2 mile to Blue Springs with clear cool swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, picnic shelters, grills, and overlook. 1.5 miles to Sparkleberry Pond fishing and horse trails. 2 miles to Pitt and Sylvan Springs. 3 miles to Williford Springs and Econfina canoe rentals. 5 miles to The Florida Trail hiking trailhead. 25 mins to North Bay/Lynn Haven, 30 mins to Panama City, 45 mins to beach. We live on the property about 100 yards away from the rental campsite.
