We offer RV and tent camping, group camping area, and cabin rentals, in a rustic setting under many oak trees on six acres on the banks of the Little Manatee River adjacent to the Little Manatee River State Park. We are also a full service canoe and kayak outfitter.

Lake Como, chartered April 25, 1941 as the Florida Athletic and Health Association, is Pasco County’s first nudist resort and Florida’s oldest nudist resort continuously occupying the same grounds.

Lake Como became a resident-owned cooperative in 1997 and remains committed to preserving  and enhancing our natural environment while providing superior recreational facilities.
There is a 3 week maximum stay for tent camping, with 1 full week minimum absence required before another site rental. Tent campers must document a permanent address of residence (not a PO Box).

South Grove RV sites have water, electric and sewer hook-up. North Grove sites are available in season with water & electric only. Electric service is 30 or 50 amp; please specify your requirement when reserving.

The Love Lodge is a delightful discovery on a private fenced acre surrounded by woods featuring a luxuriously appointed cozy Lodge sleeping up to five to six in an open floorplan. Tents can be set up on-site with a pull-through site for campers and RVs up to about 24 feet. 110V Electric provided. Spring water via a nearby hose. Gas grill with propane. Fire circle with wood and two stand up bars and seating. Porta-potty outdoors. Playground. Additional Cottage available sleeping two in "The Love Nest". 12 miles to #1 rated mountain biking trails at The Alafia River State Park. Five minutes to Alderman Ford Canoe & Kayak launch. Ten minutes to Lithia Springs Park & Beach. Several horseback riding options nearby. Just over an hour to the top-rated Gulf Beaches. Half-an hour to downtown Tampa. Just over an hour to Orlando attractions and a plethora of local nature to explore. Open air pavilion with wood floors perfect for Yoga and Retreats.

Washburn Equestrian Area and Primitive Campground

Well-known for its natural spring which flows year-round, cool, clean water into the Alafia River, the Lithia Springs Park was originally purchased by Gardinier, Inc., a mining company that soon became Mosaic Phosphate, Inc. When the company leased the park to Hillsborough County as a recreational area in 1957, the 160-acre site slowly became a popular camping spot.

After setting up camp, hikers can explore the woodsy trails and its diverse plant communities, river cypress swamps, and hardwood hammocks. But it is the natural spring that serves as the park’s major attraction, which---courtesy of the water’s 72 degree temperature---provides an excellent swimming experience all year long. In addition to swimming, visitors can fish and play volleyball. There is also a bath house for the parents to rest and chat, while their kids can play at the park’s playground.

The park’s 44 camping sites---which is also suitable for RVs---include water/shower and electrical services. The campers also have access to picnic shelters and tables, restrooms, and barbecue grills. There are no reservations for these sites; everything is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

-Picnic shelters are not rented for the months April - September.
-All shelters, tables and grills and parking spaces are first come first serve
-Due to the high demand of the swimming area and current conditions maximum capacity is 
-No rain checks / refunds
