We are the only privately owned marina and RV park on Lake Marian in Kenansville, FL.

Located 30 miles from St Cloud and 55 miles from Vero Beach or Melbourne. From north Turnpike traveling south from Orlando to Kissimmee/St. Cloud , take Exit 244 and go east on US 192 to Vermont Ave (CR 523/Canoe Creek Rd). Go south on Canoe Creek Rd for 30 miles to Arnold Rd. Turn right onto Arnold Rd and go to the end of the road.
