SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Campers Inn sits along the east end of Panama City Beach, where the campground trades seclusion for direct beach access and walkable proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops. The layout is compact, and reviewers consistently flag the density of sites as something to weigh before booking. Sites are shaded by trees, which also means roots in the ground, a real consideration for tent campers without an air mattress.

The campground runs full hookups including electric, water, and sewer, plus a dump station and WiFi that campers describe as functional. The bathhouse shows its age but has been reported as clean and well maintained. As Frank J. puts it, the facility is "showing age but was clean and well kept." A gated entrance and an on-site store round out the practical infrastructure.

Noise is a factor. The campground sits inside an active resort city, and traffic sounds carry. During event weekends, every site can fill, though at least one reviewer noted the tree coverage between sites helped reduce the feeling of being on top of neighbors. The feel is closer to a dense RV park than a traditional campground. Nearby alternatives include Park Place RV Park and Motel and Emerald Coast RV Resort for campers exploring camping destinations near Panama City Beach. Rates run $54 to $64 per night, and reservations are available.

Beach Access!

More so like a trailer park but access to the beach is worth it. Gated Campground. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Into bars Newbys corner bar is only a short walk along with Patches a restaurant and bar. Alvin's island shopping favorite in the beach is also a short walk. Got a golf cart and you can enjoy the sites of the east end of PCB and St. Andrews State part is not far by car it golf cart ride. Campers Inn has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Not really campsite

Its way to clustered for any comfort. The city and traffic are very loud. Beach is close but very crowded and shrouded in shadows of enormous multiplex condos.

great location

This is a campground inside a resort city, space is limited but it has beach access and a great location. Store is very well stocked and all the employees were very friendly and courteous. bathhouse is showing age but was clean and well kept. Was there for an event weekend and despite every spot being full we never felt crowded, stayed in tent site #99, all sites are very shady as they all have trees between them. We had lots of rain and the tent site was well drained. Only downside is the sites have lots of roots in them, be prepared if you are not using an air mattress.
