Tharps Cedar Campground

Only amenities included in the price are water and septic. Electric power is acquired through local co op by the tenant.Comcast wifi and tv are available through comcast and also not included in the monthly lot rent. Beautiful large lots on Deerpoint lake.and power coop is about 1 mile away.No laundry here but town is just a few miles away.pets welcome.Tenants are all respectful and helpful to one another.

Small 9 oversized lot campground located Waterfront Panama City Fl.

Because city sewer doesn't extend to that area and all lots are full service, many lots exceed 1/4 acre and are 2 to 5 times the minimum required cause regulated by occupancy not size. Waterfront with free use of marina and boat storage, for renters at Tharp's, on beautiful fresh water Deerpoint lake who's recent creel study by Game and fish commission ranked Deerpoint lake the most large mouth Bass producing lake in Florida. Each lot has private mail box, and small storage shed allowed. Prices start at $350 monthly.
