Located on a 76 acre farm, our camping areas are set up with a few spacious campsites that include tents, a fire pit, various walking trails, cool lights to subtly light up the area at night, and on-site animals that will be seen roaming throughout the property. There is also a large hops field in the center.

Walmart and various convenience stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes driving distance. Diana’s Poul (swimming hole) 5 minutes away. DoorDash delivers from various stores and restaurants. You can expect to encounter various types of roosters and hens as well as different breeds of goats throughout the farm. Walk through the various paths throughout the property at your leisure, but please be careful and aware of surroundings.

Paths and openings that may look like roads can have soft soil, rocks, steep drops, poison ivy or thorns - so enjoy nature, but please, be careful, don’t go too far from camp too close to dusk, always have a buddy, make sure your phone is charged, **have fun and explore at your own risk!**



Starlit Camping at Atlantic Coast Farms and Estates

***Very quiet and private in back woods horse pastures on a small farm with free range chickens, a dog, and a couple of horses. Your pets are welcome too! ***

***Locally there are state parks with beaches, and state forest for trails & lakes, hiking and biking. Or you can just relax and enjoy the serenity!***

*** Each campsite has its own fire-pit and table with chairs. ***

*We cannot allow any wood for camp fires to be brought in form the outside for environmental reasons. It can be purchased for $10 per bundle on site or $12 preordered with reservation.*

Farm Fresh eggs daily when available for $4.00 per 1/2 dozen. And there are also blocks of ice $5. Garbage removal is available as well $5 per bag provided.

\**Other attractions include local farmers markets, Gilette's Castle, and the famous River Ferry crossing the Connecticut River with a vehicle across to East Haddam. *







Hidden Lake Farm 

Primitive CAMPING and Picnic area . Quarry View is a unique 334 year old Brownstone quarry that is listed as a Historic National Landmark. Here you will find natural springs that flow from what we call "The wall of water" down to one of our small waterfalls. We also have many artifacts including dinosaur tracks and carved dates in the stones in the walls that go back to 1887. There is a trail that leads back in time to an area with 80 foot brownstone walls left from the quarry operations. Here you can find a rear patio where a musician will enjoy the acoustics unlike any other. Tuesday and Friday Drum circles 6:30-9 with a sunset ceremony. We sit 50 feet above the water upon the ledges that overlook the Brownstone Discovery and Adventure park below . (SITES ARE BASED on 2 adults children under 16 FREE)
