This is primitive camping - dispersed is not allowed.

A campsite within the preserve features two tent platforms that are maintained by the Appalachian Mountain Club. It’s available to non-motorized boats with paddle access only from the river. There is no land access. Pets are not allowed at the Chapman Pond Preserve.
