Bikers can ride to the nearby wineries with the closest one being just 1.5 away. Enjoy the scenic bike route on East Orchard Mesa, or hop over to the Palisade Plunge trail. Great central location with access to Fruita and Moab for day trips. Bring your OHV's and access miles of BLM trails on the Mesa just a few short miles from the driveway. Less than 5 minutes to a put in / park on the Colorado River and 15 minutes to downtown Palisade.
