Lots of long term residents here. Great location. Lots of amenities.

Filthy, noisy, cramped

This has to be one of the nastiest campgrounds I have ever seen. Located next to a major highway and a creek inhabited by homeless. The campground is primarily filled with full time residents and extremely tight spots. Anything of value left outside is very likely to be stolen.
