We are Debbie and Justin, welcome to our homestead on the mountain. We are both veterans. We've been married over 30 yrs, have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. As we plan for retirement we wanted a gathering place for our family and friends. We love Colorado and are embracing a simpler life. While we rehabilitate this property and buildings we are sharing our wilderness area with new glamping tents. We have over 20 acres sitting between 7840 and 8000 ft elevation.

We offer the best of both worlds: Off-grid- disconnecting from electronics, embracing a simpler life, and being in seclusion. Privacy, wildlife viewing, hiking on the property and across Highway 24 to Green Mountain Falls. Comfort of modern living in luxury tents. Queen Beds, Tables and Chairs, Solar Lights, Power supply to recharge your electronics, Natures Head Composting Toilet, Drive up parking, and Great cell Service on the property.
