Good spot for power+shower+refresh.

This was some “glamping” for us. We’re in a van with no consistent onboard power or water, so we do a night or two out and a night at a site with more amenities. This was a perfect stop driving south on the 1 after the previous night remote on the coast and a planned need for StarLink with power source. Park is clean and well-organized, if tight, and the bathrooms are super clean and door-coded, with included hot showers. Right on the marina, fun if you enjoy harbor/boating scenery, and good food within walking distance. No way - that I found - to reserve online, but a phone call at 9am on a Saturday was returned within 10 minutes and got it done. Range of big rigs to camper vans, easy access and enough room to negotiate into spots. Very welcoming, safe, laid back environment.

Convenient location, clean bathrooms, beautiful views

The state park was full so we were looking for other options. Staying on the water at a marina was a no brainer. A little more expensive than we wanted to pay but needed good cell service to work remotely.

Nice location yet few amenities for the price

smaller RV campground yet expensive. With tax $160/night.  Fairly quiet.  Our pull thru was not close to level.  The bathrooms were okay, the showers were dirty, WiFi decent.

Very pricey

Everybody talk about how nice it is but, nobody wants to talk about prices. We are camp for little more than 30 years. We never experienced such of price increas in this campground. They have astronomical prices. We paid $ 125 for one night !!! But wait, starting 2022, they will charge $ 140 + tax + fees 2%. I understand that they have some maintenance to pay and other staff but, overall with the amount of people paying this prices, they make a tone of profit. It is a big shame for this company. Never camp there again, there are so many other places to camp a lot cheaper.

Another gorgeous Night

Second time here and we truly love the quiet quaintness of this campground at this snug harbor.

You can see the Milky Way at night while listening to the soft foghorn and every now and then a soft bark of a seal. Nice solid metal fire pits to sit around at night making smores...

Wake up in the morning to either fog or bright warm sun overlooking a very sleepy Glassy harbor with fishing boats bobbing in the docks.

We have a Ford E350 van with a bed conversion in back. No need for hookups but they are availabile.

We're coming back!

Lovely Snug Harbor Campground

Very secluded and quaint. I felt this area was idyllic and quiet and Gorgeous! Right on the snug harbor and we had a harbor view campsite.

We stayed one night on our way to Nor Cal to camp at Westport and I loved it so much we are stopping for the night in our way back home to So Cal.

Crystal clear night sky's and woke up to charming fog in the morning that burned off quickly.

Clean campground on gravel sites, clean restrooms and showers. Wonderful metal firepit for fires and a picnic table. Dog friendly on leashes.

Really good food at the two local restaurants at the Eastside of the campground. Ginochios Kitchen (think breakfast and lunch menu) with swell outdoor dining setting and Gourmet Au Bay chill waterfront wine bar.

This place was great full hook up W,E,S,C you get a fire pit and a picnic table, 3 minute walk to restaurant and deli, public restroom is clean every morning and garbage gets emptied...amazing views the only reason why it's not a 5 star is the price and wifi is really slow but if that is not an issue with you guys then you'll definitely love this place

Bodegalicious Views of the Bay

We did drive-in at one of the dry camps and it had your typical fire pit (dryer wheel) and picnic table - the view was gorgeous! Right next to the dock with an awesome view of the boats and bay. We’ve been staying on the beaches and woods the last few days so this was a nice scenery change.

All amenities were adequate. Shower water pressure changes with toilet flushes so try to avoid the morning and evening rushes. Atmosphere was calm and chill, people went to sleep early and woke up late. It’s 9 AM as I’m writing this and still very quiet.

Camp host was very nice. Cost was $50/night and there is a $10 registration fee. We checked in on a Wednesday night in October and there was a lot of sites open - only stayed here one night. I thought it was a really nice stop, I would definitely stay again just for the views.

Great location on the coast

Nice location that is close to a beach and also the marina. Spaces are level gravel areas and some are a little tight. Staff is friendly. A short walk you can access a small beach. Clean restrooms. Both AT&T and Verizon has service in this area. We will be back.

It's on the bay

This is a decent camp ground, slightly run down but still nice. We had a dry spot right on the marina side so the view was nice. If you are thinking this is a KOA type place, it is not, its just a KOA price. The bathrooms and showers were clean but the water pressure and the temperature fluctuations in the shower were just bad. They have raccoons but don't tell you that, we didn't leave anything out but had muddy footprints all over our table in the morning! their garbage cans are not raccoon proof so every morning there's garbage scattered around and someone comes and picks it all up. The raccoon part is not a complaint, I thought it was funny! Also the fishermen docked in the marina start getting ready at about 4:30am! They are not quiet.

Beautiful views; clean, simple amenities

This is a favorite for us. The park is clean, sites are average in size. Not much separation between sites, some bushes, but basically a gravel parking lot. A variety of site types, including many on the water.

The restrooms and showers are clean. Unlike some that show the Bay on their website, this one is actually right on the water!

There is a coffee/breakfast place, and a wine/beer/restaurant at the edge of the property. Very good and convenient!

Lots of nice walking opportunities!
