Tight quarters

The spots were very and there was not any grass for our dogs. We moved to Shadowhills RV Resort and loved it...great place for us and the dogs.

So nice we stayed twice!

We had scheduled a different park and found out they expected snow. We didn’t want to go from 80+ degrees to snow and was able to book through the park there on our way back. They worked diligently to find us all the days we needed and we were happy they could accommodate us!

Nice park

This park is nice overall but I don’t think we would stay here again. The amenities were well kept, all sites were concrete slabs, and the signal was good, but it was very loud sit to close proximity to major roads and wasn’t very kid friendly.

The amenities they did have were nice and well kept but there isn’t a playground and there were no kids other than ours. There are two large pools, one hot tub, and a horse shoe pit. There was also a small dog run behind the bathrooms with a nice grassy area.

The sites were all concrete but we unfortunately got one that was an end spot so it angled down to one side quite a bit. It was difficult for us to get level and costs us our “patio” area since there wasn’t enough room for our rug.

The Verizon signal was okay, we could stream and work, although at times it was slow. Our main issue was how loud it is, the amount of motorcycles, sirens, and just constant loud traffic was annoying and went on all day and night.

Overall, we would stay here again if we had to but we definitely prefer Palm Springs TT or Cathedral Palms RV.

The staff here are amazing!

Palm Springs Oasis is very small but it was a great place to stay with just a 5-10 minute drive to downtown! We had originally intended to be here for 2 weeks, go to the other Palm Springs Thousand Trails park for 2 weeks, then come back to Oasis for another 2 weeks. Our plans were messed up by a mouse that decided to chew through one of our hydraulic lines stranding us in our spot. I will say the staff here were absolutely wonderful, accommodating, and empathetic during the entire debacle. We did have to pay for the 2 weeks we were supposed to be at the other park, but we were expecting that. I'll just say the staff here makes this place a 5-star!

For the park itself, it is small but the spots are all pretty spacious. Plenty of room to park your rig and vehicle. The roads through are wide and turns are easy. All the spots are back-in except for one... which is the one we somehow managed to get as it was available at the time. The park is meticulously cleaned and everyone appears to keep their spots pretty tidy. I think I saw the pool guy here every single day. Two great pools and a hot tub! There's a little dog run in the back corner behind the bathrooms too. There's a little road noise from Date Palm Drive but not too bad. All in all, it was an absolutely great place to spend the holidays... and break down! I don't often give 5 stars, but this place deserves it from me with how helpful and friendly the staff was!
