Best Campgrounds near Pine Bluff, AR

It’s a little close to the Little Rock metro area for me BUT it’s very well maintained, quiet and family friendly. Lots of kids riding bikes and being outdoors. Sits on the bank of the Arkansas River so fishing and water sports are available from the bank or boat.

Excellent prices, beautiful grounds, spaceship spots, and an excellent view is what you will experience here.

Wonderful small campground on the river. Spacious spots. Spots in the woods and on the river. Playground and boat ramp. Nice pavilion. Bathrooms no showers.

So happy to find a site right on the river. We could watch the tug boats with their barges go by. Not many campers here right now so it’s quiet. Nice host.

Nice little campgrounds, quiet, and peaceful. You'll enjoy the lake on your kayak while you fish and watch the sunset or sunrise. Not all campsites are level, only about 4 of them, but the other won't take much to level out your camper. There are 4 pavilions, and most sites have picnic tables. Clean bath and showers area, also handicap accessible.

Arrived in town looking for somewhere to tent camp, found here. It works for a night Pros: Clean bathrooms Friendly evening staff and wife is friendly Has a small store with basics Wifi Laundry area Cons: Quite noisy with city noise Camp store is expensive ( 2 Gatorade, a pack of. Hot dogs, buns and ketchup came up to 13 dollars...and. Mustard was almost 6 dollars.... Tent area is more of a storage area We had it to ourselves, which was nice, but, felt as if we were the unwanted guest in the park. At $38 dollars a night, we felt it's not really worth what they ask.

We came in very late and found someone fishing in our campsite!🤣 Love these properties for arrival convenience and ease of booking. A mostly clean bathrooms and shower house.

Heston Stadium is a fairground. Camping spaces are only open to Fairground participants like fair workers or horse show attendees. It is behind locked gates, and there is no attendant.

Willow beach is a very pleasant campground on the river. Though close to Little Rock, it felt remote. The site we had was level with a view to the river. The bathrooms and grounds were "military" clean and maintained. My only issue was the lack of staff. The place runs itself, apparently. There was no staff on site, not even the camp hosts. A bad storm rolled through and was upsetting enough that we left a day early with the potential for even worse the next day. Otherwise, it was a great campground.

I would love to experience a stay and let yall know

First time visiting little rock & this campground was perfect. Water & power hookup for each lot. Beautiful view as we were winding down for the night. Lots of geese wandering around & still chatty late at night- but kinda cute to hear. The campsites are pretty spacious for Tents with their own fire rings too. Definitely would stay again !

Great people $40

Broke down across the street. Was not able to properly stay without freezing. Winter storm with no heat, food or water. Full hookups $45 a night or $225 a week. Laundry and showers.

Super peaceful, quiet...shady sites or sunny, whatever you prefer. Some on the water sites, but others aren't far off. Camp host is very helpful and friendly!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CLEANER BATHROOM!!! BATHROOM/SHOWER COMBO FOR 1 PERSON OR FAMILY!!! We will be back for sure!!!!!

I’ll start by telling you a story.. my friend and I have always wanted to go to Arkansas to hunt. So we finally got our chance and headed out. We planned on roughing it  a little and stay in tents. When we got close to grant county Arkansas we found this place on the map. Omg!! When we got there and saw “” Donnas Hammock Hide away”” We could not believe our eyes !! It should be called “Donnas major junk yard”!!!! One thing about it is. In a year or two, when we get over the shock it will be something to look back and laugh about.

This was a great stopover. We had a nice concrete pad facing the river. The park is quiet, gated, and easy access to the highway.

Really pretty site with lake in the back yard, which made sunsets so enjoyable. Locals warned us (a day late) to beware of mosquitoes as sunset). We ventured into Little Rock for fun, which was about a 20 min drive. It is also a little over an hour to Hot Springs Village. The site is mostly level, a little close to neighbors but they are not right on top of you. There are shade trees. The showers were ok. Hot water, a little run down in my opinion but hubby thought they were fine. The only thing that would have made this better is sewer at the sites. There is a dump station so that’s good.

Stopped for one night while traveling mid week. Very peaceful surroundings. Ample space between sites.

Very nice campground. The camp hosts were wonderful people. The bathrooms were immaculate and the campground was very well maintained. The campsites were all sufficiently spaced. Occasionally a barge would go by. The Arkansas River is part of the McClellan-Kerr navigation system. Approximately 11 million tons of cargo is shipped from the Mississippi River to Tulsa every year through the McClellan-Kerr navigation system. The sunsets were taken from my chair on the bank of the Arkansas River.
