About

County

Downtown Riverside RV Park is a solid spot for those looking to explore the heart of Arkansas. This place has a lot going for it, especially if you’re into urban camping with a touch of nature. The park is gated and offers a sense of security, which is always a plus. You’ll find concrete, level pads that overlook the Arkansas River, making for some pretty scenic views right from your RV.

One of the standout features here is the full hookup service, including sewer, water, and 50 AMP electric hookups. It’s also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. The park has a sanitary dump, showers, and toilets, ensuring you have all the basic amenities covered. There’s even a market on-site for any last-minute supplies you might need.

The location is a major draw. You’re just a stone’s throw away from downtown Little Rock, with easy access to the Arkansas River Trail, the Clinton Library, and a bunch of restaurants and attractions. Whether you’re into biking, walking, or just exploring the city, this park puts you right in the middle of the action. Some visitors have mentioned the excellent cell signal and decent Wi-Fi, which is great if you need to stay connected.

While the park doesn’t have a lot of grassy areas, it makes up for it with its proximity to the river and the city. You can rent an electric scooter or just take a stroll to downtown Little Rock. There’s also a large pavilion for gatherings and a designated area for dogs to roam.

Overall, Downtown Riverside RV Park offers a unique blend of urban convenience and riverside relaxation. It’s a great spot for a short stay, especially if you want to explore what Little Rock has to offer.

Great Location

This was a great stopover. We had a nice concrete pad facing the river. The park is quiet, gated, and easy access to the highway.

Very close sites

Nice long sites along the Arkansas River. The park gives you great directions as to how to get into the park. It is gated.  No grass– just a large parking lot. A lot of highway noise all day and night. During the day there is also lots of construction noise. Sites are very close together and face each other(about 2 feet between units). Can’t put your awning out!

A great central location

We were here for a Rived Razorbacks rally--Buddies, Bikes and Brewpubs. It's a great central location for visiting attraction on both sides of the river by car, bike or on foot. Excellent cell signal and pretty good wifi.

Great location and felt very safe. We were able to walk to downtown Little Rock or rent an electric scooter. There were plenty of things to do or you could just sit and watch the river. I would definitely stay here again

Pretty Good City Park

Stayed here Nov 17-20, 2021.

For a downtown, city park, this was a good park to stay for a few nights. The sites are built for 2, we were given both and it was plenty of room.  If you're only in one though, you won't be able to fit a second vehicle.  The *sights* were pretty cool being downtown.  Felt very safe and comfortable and it was cool to see the city right outside your door.  Although, there was also a lot of construction going on. The bathrooms are single bathrooms. They were kept nice and clean.  It was nice to have a secure, private area for restroom and shower. They had an area for dogs to roam a little and do their business, it was pretty decent! It runs along the riverbank, so don't get too close to the edge! :) The whole park was kept nice and clean.

Lots to do around the area of the campground if you want to venture out and see some things.  If you need to do grocery shopping, make sure you know what area you are in. I had a bad experience in one of the stores nearby to the park.

One downside to this place is how close the sites are to each other, in that you have noisy neighbors (like we did at 1am). Overall, a decent place to be for a few nights.  I personally wouldn't stay more than that, but I prefer more of a nature's view kind of place.

Right in the river

Not a resort but right next to the foot bridge that accesses parks on the other side of the Arkansas River. Traffic noise is minimal.

Great location

The location is truly excellent with easy access to the Arkansas River Trail, the Clinton library, restaurants and other attractions. Although, there is construction along the river front and around the RV park. There’s really no atmosphere, so stay here if you want great access to Little Rock!

Unique RV Experience

At first entrance it appears as if you are entering a large parking lot. There is a large pavilion to picnic and pet area by the water. Each site requires a 50 amp but the office will offer one for purchase if you need a 50 to 30 amp connections. The center lot is for pull through sites the other site areas non-pull through by water and fence. The fence area is close to the bridge but could be limited with views since it is far away from the water and Class A frequent area.

Two things I love:

  1. The unique downtown riverside views
  2. The ease of getting to this RV park even though it is downtown Little Rock.

Great location! It's basically a parking lot with full hookups but it's right on the river with a cool pedestrian bridge. We'd stay here again.

Best place to stay to explore Little Rock

Great location, walkable to downtown. Good WiFi, great reception. All facilities like bathrooms and laundry are completely closed due to covid so make sure your tanks are empty, propane full, and clothes clean. Overall, we both thought this was a great and unique “campground” with full hook ups and a great price. It was nice to be parked in a place that didn’t require driving to explore.

Awesome Experience

Internet was great, spots are clean, level, and almost all concrete. It is tight as our neighbors were very close, but to be a short walk across the Clintom bridge to downtown was worth it. Such a unique experience, we loved spending our Thanksgiving there.

Parking lot but close to downtown.

Talk about great location in a great town. We usually do not like camping in cities this big but wanted to come here to visit the William J. Clinton Presidential Library. And what a great location this park is to downtown Little Rock and the library. There is a pedestrian bridge that takes you over the Arkansas River to downtown and all the attractions; as well as, some great restaurants and a vibrant downtown.

This campground is essentially a parking lot.  There is no shade and our air conditioners ran non-stop since we were there in July.  There is a grassy area in front along the river that is a common area for you to enjoy the night sky. The riverfront is beautiful at night with the downtown lit up at night. Sites include 50 amp electric, water and sewer. There is also a dump station and WiFi. Some of the riverfront sites have been upgrades to concrete pads and some sites are pull-thru sites. The restrooms were clean and washers and dryers are on-site. The park takes any kind of RV from pop-up to Class A but does not accept tents. The price we paid was definitely reasonable at$22/night(with tax) but they also offer numerous discounts.

Downtown Little Rock is a great town with plenty to do, see, and eat. The great things about this park are that it is convenient to the interstate and a great price. For the location, you would expect to pay a lot more. We loved walking to town at night and enjoying the restaurants and breweries that bring the downtown to life. The weekly farmers market was a highlight and the Presidential Library is not to be missed.

Clean and convenient to downtown Little Rock but nothing fancy

We stayed there for a couple of nights. Lots of pull through and back in sites, some are long enough you can put two rigs in (and they're are hookups for two as well!)

It's nothing fancy but you can take a walking bridge across the river directly into downtown Little Rock.
