Very clean, well maintained park

Very clean park with concrete roads and gravel sites. Hook up are good and water is not to bad. Verizon was good with 3 bars of 4g and AT&T was good with the same. There is a very nice pool, community area and laundry facility. The owner is great and will take care of all your needs.

Nice rv park & close to lake

AAA discounts available!! I love saving money!

Personally, it's not my style as far as the desert landscape, and being so close to the water but not on the water...and being at Lake Havasu.

If you want to be in the mix but not on top of the crowds this is a perfect little place for you.

This place has an old western vibe which I appreciated for sure.

Very well maintained and spotless.

A little advice book in advance this place was packed during the offseason.

Each RV site is numbered very neatly and easy to read and each site has tables, full hook-ups, power, sewer, etc. some places do have cement slabs

This place is very well taken care of and totally neat for families and friends, i was super impressed is why i am giving it 4 stars because its for sure a cool spot you should check out.
