Not to bad

Not a bad little park. The pool is a little small and not much of a dog park. (There is a dry wash behind the dog park that people use but they don’t pick up after their pets). Handful of long term RV’rs here. The prices are not to bad considering it’s lake Havasu. I’d stay here again!

great prices

this place is neat and has a lot of events for people staying, the price is very good as well and it's well kept and clean, a nice swimming pool and full hookups, Club House, teens will love the Game Tables, nice Kitchen, Free Wifi, Storage for boats and RVs, oh and they have bingo which is always my favorite.

A Great Price for Lake Havasu

Originally coming in here I was hesitant due to the long term mobile homes etc but, you cannot beat the price. Only $40/night and deals if you stay a week or longer. Winter time rates are great as well and the summer has a bigger discount. They do charge extra for electric usage on longer stays.

Good size spaces for larger 5th wheels and RV’s. They also have storage for boats and RV,s if you need it.

Lake Havasu is super close for boat launching, hiking 🥾, fishing 🎣 and off roaring.

Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the lake.

They have a club house that they has various events throughout the year as well as a pool w activities , wash room for laundry and a kitchen.

Comparing this RV parks to others in the area it’s not as nice as others. I do feel like AZ has some of the better options for RV camping than a lot of other states I’ve visiting. I’ve paid a $100/night to stay in CA and had a piece of dirt so this is very nice compared to that.
