Palm Canyon Road Dispersed — Kofa NWR

Desert scrub stretches out across this stretch of BLM land along Palm Canyon Road on the western flank of the Kofa range, where dense cholla forest and saguaro mark the classic lower Sonoran zone. The terrain is flat and access is straightforward — a 2WD vehicle handles it without trouble, and the area comfortably accommodates larger rigs. OHV traffic passes through occasionally, though it rarely disrupts the quiet of the surrounding desert.
