Castle Creek Wilderness is located nearby, and Horsethief Cabin and Turney Gulch Group Campground are available by reservation.             CCC Camp This recreation site is situated on the former site of the Civilian Conservation Corps Camp used in the construction of Seven Springs and Cave Creek recreation sites. CCC features large sycamore shade trees next to a small creek. CCC provides access to the Cave Creek trail system. This area is a good spot for bird watching.
