Excellent place to camp. If you want to feel like camping in the forest and having access to the towns amenities this is the place. The hosts are incredible.
Awesome Low key campground that's next to Show Low Lake. 30 amp service in some spots, no water or sewage but there is a dump station and water fill station on premises. Open all year and is plowed when it snows.

I love the woods
We made the mistake of visiting here on a holiday weekend. At other times I suspect this is a decent place, but this particular weekend was chaos and everything was broken/dirty. Trash overflowing. Bathrooms with super long wait times (hour or more). They don't have enough facilities for the…
Great temporary RV sites in a great park in a great Town. 🌄⛷️🚴🏃🧗🏌️🏂🌲🏞️🌈🐶🐕🦺🦌🦅🚲🏍️🛶🌄🏜️🎿🎣📸
You’re really roughing it here. The dirt washboard road getting in (45 mins) was enough for me to not love this place (I’m traveling with an infant and toddler). But, once you’re there it really is a beautiful place. The lake itself is awesome and the camping is primitive but awesome views. The…

Had a great time last August. We started at this campsite as we found it online. When we arrive there was only one other person there but very limited camping. There are only a total of eight sites all of which are set up for horses. All the stalls pretty clean and didn’t smell and the outhouse was…

For the cleanliness, this campground should get 5 stars. The people who work there clean the bathrooms throughout the day so they’re always nice. The camp spots are good sized and as private as they can be with being as close as they are. Overall, we were really impressed here!
This campground was beautiful and the sites were so big and spread out. We got 4 sites and ended up only using 2. We were right in the trees and our sites backed up into a meadow. There were not a lot of “amenities” at the campground but we didn’t need any of that. There was an outhouse near our…

Great people working there, seemed quiet until our neighbor turned on the construction site generator for 4.5 hours. Weekends are very busy, but noisy which is ok if you don’t mind motorcycles and generators. We were looking for quiet this trip so we only stayed one day.
On our way to NM from CA and needed a site for the night. Boy did we get lucky! Gorgeous views of the lake which was a close walk, very clean sites, and staff who went above and beyond when we called to book on the same day. We’ll go out of our way to make it back to this excellent campground.…
First time here, the hosts were nice and let us reserve a spot for the weekend but only because we showed up in person.
The spots were clean, some with shade and some out in the open. We stayed across the road in the second camping loop and they only allow RV’s in this side, no tents. There are…
Great place to hike, camp, rent a cabin or relax. Fishing in the area with cabins or camping depending on what you prefer. We have rented a cabin every August and the weather is wonderful. Some rain but very green and lovely outdoors.
There is a loop around the East side with many different sites. There is a host there also.Tables and fire pit at most sites and some within walking distance to lake to fish. We went to fish and it was quite slow but going back end of May 2020 with an RV.
We camped here when we had a permit to fish at nearby Christmas Tree Lake. Christmas Tree Lake is a beautiful little lake nestled in the White Mountains of Arizona on Apache land. It boasts some amazing fishing for the native trout species- the Apache trout. The fish are stocked, so it may not be a…
