Reservations are available at The Canyon Motel & RV Park in Williams, Arizona, which operates April through October and accommodates RVs up to 50 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer. The property sits within a short distance of the Grand Canyon Railway station, and several reviewers note that train noise is a factor, since the tracks run directly alongside the park. Sites are open with limited shade, so campers arriving in summer should plan accordingly.
The park runs as a combined motel and RV operation, which means the facilities serve multiple types of guests at once. Sites tend to be spacious, and cleanliness comes up consistently in reviews as a positive. The terrain is uneven in spots, and at least one reviewer flags rough conditions underfoot, noting "water and electrical hookups but rough terrain next to a neighborhood and limited shade," as Kristi A. puts it. WiFi is included, and the park can connect guests with Grand Canyon Railway tickets at booking.
Williams itself sits at elevation, making it a workable base for campers looking to avoid heat further south while staying within reach of the South Rim. Campers who want a quieter setup or more natural surroundings can compare places to camp around Williams for additional options, including Railside RV Ranch, which at least one reviewer switched to after a difficult experience here.
