Sam’s Beachcomber

Great location at the end of the island at Lake havasu City. RV sites interspersed among permanent structures. Gravel site with a cement pad. Just a short walk down to the lake. Some large trees but not a lot of shade. Pool and spa are clean. Internet close to the office.

No open fires allowed only propane fire pits

Got there after driving 8 hours and the site we reserved was switched to a make shift spot which we refused to use. After all the complaining gave us our original spot. The showers were nice and clean, had an exercise room to use which we didn’t us. The pool was very clean an crystal clear. The jacuzzi needs a lot of work the floor and seating area was extremely rough. Has horseshoe pit. A lot of stores and food restaurants in the area. Did not have a boat but they have their own Marina with slips. Great sunsets. Be careful the small print says they can move you at any time to another site to make room for longer stay vehicle’s. We were there for 5 days and did not get moved. Guard gate at entrance and help with some electrical issues was great.

Friendly staff / outdated facilities

We showed up without a reservation on Memorial Day and they were nice enough to squeeze us in. Lots of permanent mobile homes which take up the good places.

Showers and pool area are a bit old.

Expensive

The resort is very clean. Staff friendly. Their overflow is a lakefront gravel parking lot. Very nice views, but 65.00 per night for no services at all is a little high. Still, I would come back for the space and views.

They have it going on for sure

This park gets some stunning sunsets first of all!!! make sure you wear your shades so you can enjoy it to the fullest. In my pictures, you can enjoy the last part of the amazing sunset.

This resort offers private access to the lake with private beaches, launch ramps, and boat docks,  inside the resort they have horseshoe pits, a pool, spa, rec center, and a pool table room. Perfect place for families...

You are literally on an island, it's crazy I know but they have one way in and one way out and you get on the London bridge to get here. Super cool!

a perfect location if you have boats and dirt toys... they have a lot of cool areas to get dirty in on this little island plus your stuff is safe with a guard gated entrance and plenty of areas to park your toys in the front.

Great spot on the island

This is a great place to stay and bring your boat. It’s a pretty large RV and mobile home site with a swim beach, boat launch, boat slips, clubhouse, pools, laundry room and restrooms and a game room. If you’re coming to Lake Havasu odds are that you’ll have a boat with you and this is one of the best places to stay. A lot of people come here every year and end up buying because it’s great for long term. It’s definitely unusual for and RV parking but it’s clean and well laid out for anything you’ll need while you’re away from home.
