Awsome owners

We arrived a little late and they were closed but the owners were setting outside and came down and checked us in. The bathroom / showers were very clean and had great bathroom music. A nice spot. I do think they were kinda close but that didnt bother us.

We love this campground!

The spots are a little close together, but, the amenities are amazing! Very clean pool, restrooms and showers! They also have a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers. They have a pool table and ping pong table (free!). They have a nice outside covered area with picnic tables and Giant Jenga! We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The owners are really nice too!

Nice Campground

We appreciated the pre arrival phone call to confirm we were still coming and letting us know our site was open whenever we wanted to arrive. Check in was very easy and informative concerning what to do in the area. We then proceeded to FHUs pull-through site 9. Utilities were conveniently located to include outstanding water pressure so use a reducer. Since we were only staying here two days, we decided to opt for the$2.00 a day additional charge for cable versus putting out our satellite dish. We received over 60 channels that worked great. Campground WiFi was satisfactory and we got 2 to 3 bars on Verizon. Along with the owners/camp hosts being very friendly, the office had a great store that carries not only RV supplies but other novelty items and they do propane tank fills. The campground sites were very well laid out. We visited at the end of the season, so a lot of their sites were already closed up in preparation for shutting down for the year. The back in and upper level pull-through sites had more spacing between sites versus the lower level pull-throughs where we stayed. The park was far enough from I-90 so there was basically no road noise. The fenced in dog park was a nice addition. Being only 30 minutes from Devil's Tower, this campground was very convenient to see local sights. Also take a tour of Sundance, this is where The Sundance Kid got his name and he had been jailed in the old courthouse. This park is a winner whether you need a nice overnight stop or a place to hang out for a while. We would definitely camp here again.

Nice setting on a hill side

Terraced level spots on a hill side over looking Sundance WY and a gorgeous valley below. Electric, water and sewer for a reasonable price @ $46. Rates are much higher during Stergis week!!

Fun little store with lots of goodies. Great helpful staff. Heated Swimming pool.

Devils Tower just 28 miles away.

We arrived there shortly after the big shin dig in Stergis and on a Sunday and couldn’t find any place open to get a burger.

If we had more time it would have been a great place to hang out for an extended stay and spend more time in the gorgeous surrounding mountains.

New owners making changes

This campground got new owners a few years ago. It looks pretty good now, with recently remodeled bathroom/showers. There is a store and laundry facilities, and a pool. This is an RV Park, but there were some tent spaces. Internet was pretty good. It was a little pricy, but ok for one night.
