Daniel Junction

Daniel Junction operates as a full-service travel stop with RV sites accommodating rigs up to 50 feet. The facility combines camping with a gas station, convenience store, restaurant called The Den, and motel rooms. Electric, water, and sewer hookups are available, with reviewers noting the connections appear recently updated.

Sites sit on gravel in what campers describe as a parking lot-style layout. The location provides mountain views and access to notable sunsets, though Wyoming's characteristic wind gusts can affect awnings and outdoor gear. Cell service receives mixed reports from visitors, while WiFi quality varies significantly between stays. Some campers praise the internet connection as exceptional, while others report complete outages.

"Electric and water hook ups look new," observes Durango H., though he notes the gravel lot setup. The on-site restaurant serves burritos and full meals, with fuel prices reportedly lower than nearby Pinedale. Propane fills and a selection of beer, liquor, and deli items add convenience for travelers. For additional camping choices, visitors can explore campsites near Daniel.

The facility works best for RV travelers prioritizing hookups and services over natural settings. Reservations help secure spots during busy travel periods.

Guests commonly noted the full-service amenities including restaurant, store, and fuel options. Staff service inconsistency and basic gravel lot setup were recurring concerns, though hookups appear well-maintained.

Stayed in Motel

Had a great experience for a last minute booking. Only $75 for the night after a long day of driving. Was an adorable little room with cable tv. Wi-Fi didn’t work and no one seemed to know why. But I received very friendly service from the gas station workers and loved how easy it was to shop, get gas, and sleep all at the same place. Can’t comment on the rv site but the room was solid for the price and for my situation.

Price is way wrong on Dyrt

I was charged over $50 for a parking spot w/no water - there are no bathrooms here. Way overpriced for an electric site.

Our sites are 49. for the night with full hook ups. Power, water and sewer. We dont charge to be in our large parking lot without any hook-ups. :) So sorry this was not explained to you at time of check -in.. Hopefully we can serve you again sometime, as we offer a lot on this property. Kimberly, Owner

Fine site for a night’s sleep

The park is a gravel parking lot. Electric and water hook ups look new. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful if you wish to get answers to any questions. Also didn’t give wi-fi code. Dinner at The Den restaurant was scrumptious and tasty burritos. Good for passing through but not a destination stop.

Affordable

Crew has worked hard on improvements. Decided to stay for a while. WiFi is good, better than anyplace I’ve ever been. Great restaurant “The Den”! Gas is cheaper than in Pinedale. Propane on site. Convenience store...beer, liquor, deli. The only drawback is the wind gusts (so watch your awning)but that’s Wyoming! Beautiful sunsets, view of mountains!

Heads up

The website is very modern and the camp looks awesome. Reality… gas station RV park. It does has a grill/bar but expectations vs reality is disappointing. Young staff member didn’t seem to be too enthused to help me check in and wasn’t sure that someone wasn’t still in my spot. I asked for a paper with a map and WiFi password on it… nope! However the sight watching the storm pass by was pretty awesome.
