Camp among the fall colors of Ice Lake

Back Country campsite 4D1 - Ice Lake North is a small campsite right on the norther shore of Ice Lake.  Plenty of flat clear ground for setting up tents right on the shore.  No fires are allow at this camp location.  The campsite is not very far from the main trail.  Your Bear pole for storing you food is not at the camp location, it is about 100 feet down the main trail on the north side of the trail.  You will have to look for it as no sign tells you of its location, but it is not hard to find as it is almost right on the trail.  At just under a mile from the trailhead this makes for a good camp for exploring Yellowstone from or as part of an extended backpacking trip.  Site is limited to 6 people for a max stay of 3 nights.
