Great place!

We had an amazing time at Wolf River Trips and Campground! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was incredibly easy and well-organized, which made settling in stress-free. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in what they do—they made us feel welcome right away. One of the biggest highlights was how clean the bathrooms were. You can tell they stay on top of maintenance and cleanliness, which is a huge plus when camping. It’s rare to find campground facilities that are this well taken care of. The food was another unexpected bonus! Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying something more hearty, everything we had was tasty and well-prepared. It really added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the trip. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, easy, and clean outdoor getaway with great people and good food!

Fun, tubing, social

Very fun but not secluded, very small sites, especially along the river. The river is fantastic for tubing and kayaking with your family. This is a fun social campground, if your looking for peaceful, quiet and away maybe not the place you want.

Party campground great for groups of friends

Wolf River Trips and Campgrounds is definitely a place to experience at least once during peak season. It is a well kept campground that has a lot to offer despite it’s main feature being the tubing trips down the river. Although the campground is kid friendly, I would suggest leaving the kids at home if you want the full experience without worrying about what the kids might see or hear from the groups there to strictly party. The tubing trips offer a shuttle bus to the launch sites and they come in nicely timed increments. You strap yourself together with your group and enjoy a relaxing but fun trip down the river towards the campground with optional stops along the way at “party island” where people stop in a shallow section of the river to party and let loose on the river. Back on shore there is a bar restaurant, a mini arcade game room, decently upkept nonflush bathrooms, quarter operated showers, and pretty good sized camp sites. If I could change one thing about the campground it would be the lack of privacy on the sites due to little to no tree cover, but for what the campground is, more of a party destination, it works perfect when you book several sites in a row with friends and family and you can all hangout together. It’s defintiely a place I recommend, and we already booked our sites again for next year!

great campground

we stayed here for 30 days , this campground has full hookups, a laundry , shower house, bathrooms, a restaurant/bar, fire rings , and picnic tables. Sites are a responsible size. Generally very quiet , except for holiday weekends, lots of seasonal sites. Folks are very friendly! we would say again!
