Nicolet National Forest includes Stevens Lake Campground, a small US Forest Service site on the shore of Stevens Lake in northern Wisconsin. Sites are few in number, and the campground accommodates RVs up to 25 feet. Amenities are basic: pit toilets, picnic tables, and a hand pump for free water on-site. AT&T users should expect poor cell service. Pets are welcome, and campfires are permitted. Campers exploring campgrounds near Nicolet National Forest will find nearby alternatives at Tipler Trails, 3.2 miles east, and Pine River Dispersed — Nicolet NF, 4.8 miles southwest. Fall color and lake access make this a worthwhile stop for those passing through the Northwoods.
