With sites accommodating RVs up to 60 feet and full hookups available, Top O' the Morn Resort & Campground operates from May through October at $27-$40 per night. Reservations help secure spots at this lakefront property in Iron River, where both RV and tent sites spread across forested and open terrain.
The campground sits directly on a lake with a designated swimming area and platform. Beth B. notes the location is "tucked away campground right in a lake" with "spacious sites and quiet…no road or neighbor noise." Sites feature fire rings with firewood available on-site, and the property includes both shaded areas under mature trees and open spaces for larger rigs. WiFi reaches the lodge area, though cellular coverage varies by carrier.
The campground provides standard amenities including restrooms, showers, and a dump station for those without sewer hookups. A small bar serves craft beer and pizza that guests can take to the beach area. Wildlife sightings are common, with loons frequently heard in morning and evening hours. The owners maintain an active presence on the property and respond quickly to camper needs.
For a different camping experience, Birch Grove Campground offers another lakeside option less than a mile away.
