Nice quiet 15 site campground

Beautiful tall semi old growth trees everywhere. The 15 sites are well maintained and form two loops around three portapotties. There appear to be other bathrooms but they were locked up. This place is the definition of a shady spot for pigmentally challenged white boys like me. There are a…

Lovely

Had a great time here. Nice private camp site, short walk to the river. Dipped our legs in after hiking. Restrooms were okay, by the last day they were a bit ripe, but hey...its a bathroom. Definitely plan going here again.

Lush but snug

This is a beautiful campsite tucked into old growth Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar.  It's dark and cool.  The sites feel secluded because of the trees, but they are really pretty close to each other.  Most sites look suitable for tents, but the pull-outs for most are pretty short and not level. …

Ocean Fog

We stayed on a Sunday night, arrived when there was only 3 tent sites remaining. The campground is right at the ferry dock so you will get that early morning fog horn. Easy walk up the hill to the fort. We had a bald Eagle in the morning which was awesome. The restrooms are very clean. Showers are…

Convenient location

Elwha RV was a great spot located close to Olympic NP, water activities and Port Angeles. The campground was incredibly clean and well cared for. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely stop by the front desk and ask for recommendations of the area.

I was in a tent spot (22) and it…

Great place close to Seattle

Camano Island State Park was a great campground so close to Seattle. We stayed in site 24 with friends on either side of us. The campsites were roomy with enough separation from our neighbors. Though 24 and 37 (I think) may have been a little close if it weren’t our friends. Some sites on the other…

Convenient

We didn’t have a reservation, but lucked out on a great site. All sites have a calendar posted with reservation dates listed. First come first serve is available for any not reserved that night. There’s a self serve pay station where it’s east to pay using card or cash. Super close to the Ferry…

Pretty good

Somebody here clearly cares about this business: the beautiful garden, the helpful sheet with nearby attractions and restaurants, a community kitchen where you’re invited to stop by for a hunk of bread. We got a tent site for our camper van as we did not require hookups. The site was ample but not…

Would rate 10/5 if I could. Community garden is a free for all! Places to play with basketballs, volleyballs, and everything you can dream of from a campsite. GREAT selection of puzzles. I liked the cardinal ravensburger one. Yes, Im a puzzle fan 🧩 Easy access to the Olympics (hurricane ridge).…

Camping

Peaceful RV and tent campground. Close to town and nearby sites. The owner, Veronica lives in the house on site. Veronica is very friendly and an awesome host. Would definitely stay there again.

Good spot to relax

Nice little campground with most sites fairly private. Water pump was not in order for pur visit but not a big deal. Good hiking in the area and road in was in good shape. That made for easy access to other nearby rec areas. No good creek access from in the campground but the icy waters were…
