The Colville area has over 111 RV campgrounds ranging from full-hookup RV parks to smaller campsites with complete water, sewer, and electrical connections. North Lake RV Park & Campground in Kettle Falls provides year-round access with full hookups and big-rig friendly sites, while Kettle Falls RV Park & Storage maintains 62 sites with both 30 and 50 amp electrical service. Upper Columbia RV Park and Campground, located north of Colville, features full hookup sites with 50 amp service, drinking water, and accommodates larger motorhomes with its big-rig friendly design. The Wilds RV Campsite, though smaller with just two sites, offers complete hookups including water, sewer, and both 30/50 amp electrical connections. "The sites are spacious and well separated," noted one RV camper at Edgewater Campground, highlighting the generous spacing that allows comfortable setup for larger rigs.

Seasonal availability varies across the region's RV parks, with some like Jump Off Joe Lake Resort operating from April through October, while others such as Columbia Point Resort remain open year-round. Most campgrounds are pet-friendly, though specific restrictions may apply. Cell service can be inconsistent in this mountainous region - one reviewer mentioned having "2-3 bars on Verizon" at Kettle River Campground, sufficient for basic connectivity. Dump stations are available at select locations including Colville Fairgrounds RV Park and RV Park At Chewelah Golf & Country Club, though not all parks offer this service on-site. Propane delivery service is provided at some higher-end facilities, with one guest noting, "They have a propane delivery service so you can get your tanks filled without having to get out of your slippers." Advance reservations are recommended during summer months when fishing and outdoor recreation draw significant RV traffic to the area.

      Thousand Trails Little Diamond

KOA/Thousand Trails Little diamond RV Park

Nice little RV spot. Half of the park is closed for new electrical work. We are a little close together, but it works out fine. This is a Thousand Trails/KOA combined park with a little store and nice staff. Hot Tub and Pool at the clubhouse. Small Lake for fishing and paddle boats.

      Lake Spokane Campground—Riverside State Park

      Great Campground!

We just stayed here for one night on our way to Glacier National Park. The campground is pretty and the 11 sites are all well spaced giving you plenty of room. Showers don't have great water pressure, but they're free for campers. Bathrooms are clean. I highly recommend this campground! Site 9 is the best (you can see the lake from this site), but you really can't go wrong with any of the other sites. I wouldn't recommend Site 11 as it's right near the parking lot.

Jump Off Joe Lake Resort and RV Park

      Cute and quite little place!

We really liked this little campground! The beach was nice and the lake is perfect for swimming or paddle boarding/kayaking. The campsites are pretty close together but they have full hookups. You spend most of the day on the lake anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. We loved that it was close to home and an easy drive. We don’t have kids but it was a very kid friendly place. We have dogs and they loved the paddle board ride around the lake. We will definitely come back next summer!

      Reeder Bay Campground

      Tent-ish Site

Reeder Bay is my favorite spot on Priest Lake. Getting a campsite here in July is usually next to impossible, but I set up a Dyrt Alert and managed to snag a waterfront site for my tent the second someone canceled.

      Love:

-Prime Location: Road traffic noise is a non-issue; it’s tucked away and quiet in terms of cars. Plus, there's a beach walk right from camp that leads over to the neighboring resort.

-Facilities: The bathrooms were surprisingly clean and feature actual flush toilets!

-Convenience: Firewood is available right on-site for $8 a bundle (bring cash!)

      Downside:

-Generator Hub: Even though there are no hookups or potable water, about 90% of the campground was filled with oversized RVs. Because of this, you’ll hear generators running almost nonstop, which takes away a bit from the peaceful wilderness vibe if you're tent camping.

      Lake Gillette Campground

Great experiences as a church camp

We booked this site as a place to hold church summer camp for the youth and loved it! It is a double site and we were able to have 12 tents up, single- to 2-man size, and a large tent for leaders. It looked like a cute little pop up village, and everyone was able to find a comfortable spot with a good radius of space between tents! This location was right across from bathrooms and bear trash cans, with a potable water spigot just around the bend. Quick access to the lake, too! It was easy for us to bring kayaks from the dock over to the beach, which had good seating areas and a nice floating dock out just a little ways. There was plenty of room for kitchen set up, and all the extras we wanted like a changing tent, a camp shower, a couple large folding tables for crafts - and all this without crowding the picnic tables around the fire pit or the girls’ individual tents! There are some good hiking trails around the site, a nice little outdoor amphitheater back behind another campsite, and about three parking spots right by each site. This location is a little set back from the highway, but close enough that you still catch a bit of the noise pollution from traffic. You also run into quite a few people while there, though the campsite we had felt spacious and private. Those were the only things I wish were slightly different, just hoping for a more secluded experience. I LOVED that there is no cell service, and you can spend the whole day out on the water kayaking through the chains of lakes, either over to Sherry or Thomas and around.
