Great location!

I chose this icon for Yellow Circle Road because we were kind of on the middle tier of the road. There were spots up the road further, but the road for rough and spots got smaller, so we stayed in the 2nd level. This area is very accessible to Moab. The "sites" on our level were quite large. We tow a 33 ' fifth wheel. We could have fit 6 in our spot. There was a short, steep, rocky, hill to get to this level, but we just took it slow. The only real down side was the dust when the wind picked up. Red dust everywhere! A convenient Maverick station (on the east side of Moab) had free dump and potable water.

Sitesecond level, 1st spot in left.

Lots of options and great views!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

There are a BUNCH of both individual campsites, group campsites, and shared campsites up the hill and RV campsites are at the bottom. All with great views. The road is gravel towards the entrance and then a little rocky at parts, but nothing crazy. Stone fire pits indicate where the sites are. Great views of the mountains and Moab in the distance. Maybe 15-20 minutes from Moab.

Lots of spots lots of wind

Road starts off very easy. People can drive large bus style RV in and have a big open dirt lot with lots of room. Cell service varies on your spot. Verizon was great in some spots 1 bar in others. This place has multiple levels atleast 3 or 4. Each level has several spots and the road is gravel but steap. 2wd van struggled in the upper levels but made it. The heat and wind are insane here. Also the dust. The dust started to cover our counters and floors and effected how we could cool our rig without filling it with dust. I belive the lower levels are more shielded from wind so while they lack a view, you may have a better experience down there.

Fun Road, Busy but Options!

We got in around 11:20pm on a Monday night and could barely see anything- the lower spots were very full and it took trial and error of pulling into spots to see with our headlights if it was taken or not. Regardless, the road was rough but fun for a Subaru Crosstrek and we found a perfect spot that was quiet and away from everyone at 38.42412° N, 109.41086° W!

Good location

Camped two days north of Moab & wanted a location south following a day hiking Arches NP. Many sites easily accessible, good views- would return

Solid free campsite

Plenty of campsites, each with fire pits. Not crowded. Surprisingly organized for free camping. Great cell service where I camped (AT&T). Would go back.

Great spot

Lots of options up here. Can't make it to all the spots with a 2wd van. Just the lower ones

Nice Spot Near Moab- Sedan Friendly

Long dirt road with tons of large pull offs. Many group site areas near the bottom were full. I drove a bit further up and pulled into a small dirt cul de sac and set up my tent. Made it up in my 2WD sedan, but it was bone dry. Lots of exposed rocks in the road, so drove slowly. Good spot near Moab after hiking in Arches!
