Aspen Forest is a secluded 1/2 acre campsite up Tollgate Canyon, just 20 minutes away from Park City. Features of the campsite include a 12X20 tent site, a hammock, charcoal and propane grilling station, a food prep area, a shaded picnic table, and a propane firepit area with Adirondack chairs. To ensure your comfort, hi-speed Wi-Fi, electricity and drinking water are also onsite.

The campsite shares a driveway with a small cabin, which makes the utilities in this remote mountain landscape possible. Please note that Cabin renters will not be present during your stay at the campsite, but owners and contractors may occasionally be at the cabin to perform cleaning and maintenance. Campers can expect privacy within the campsite area and will be notified of anyone else present on the property via the app.

FREE amenities! Your campsite rental includes the use of of hiking poles, outdoor games, mountain bikes and fishing gear. Explore the beautiful mountain roads, cast your line into nearby Bobcat Springs for some cozy pond fishing or pursue the majestic views with a hike on the nearby Rocky Point Reserve trail. At dawn and dusk, you can often catch a peek of some of the local deer, elk, moose or wild turkeys in the area.

For reasonable daily rates, you can also rent an ATV onsite and explore miles of unpaved roads. Do you enjoy getting out on the water? Explore Jordanelle, Rockport or Echo Reservoirs- each within short distances from Tollgate Canyon. A full sized raft, SUP and kayak with paddles and life jackets are also available for rent on a self-serve basis. We also have several roof and trunk mounted carrier systems so you can transport gear on your vehicle if you’re not already equipped. The campsite bathroom consists of a 5 gallon camp toilet (hand pump flush style) and hand-washing station in a separate, private tent on the perimeter of camp. Please be considerate of others and refrain from using the campsite property as a restroom. If you’d prefer a luxury indoor bathroom with a flushing toilet while you camp, access to the cabin may be available at reasonable rates. If you plan on cooking onsite with the grilling equipment provided and did not bring your own fuel, charcoal briquettes and propane tanks can also be purchased on site via QR code.

Anderson Cove Campground is a popular facility located 10 miles east of Ogden, Utah, on the banks of Pineview Reservoir in scenic Ogden Valley. Visitors enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, and pineview resevoir camping. Recreation Campers come to Anderson Cove for picnicking, fishing, swimming and boating. Pineview Reservoir offers excellent water skiing opportunities. Kayaking and canoeing are popular on the reservoir's quieter coves. North Fork County Park

## Overview

Port Ramp Marina is a boat slip rental facility located just 10 miles from Ogden, Utah, on the west side of Pineview Reservoir in scenic Ogden Valley. The marina is the most used launching facility at Pineview, which is the busiest reservoir in the state. 

#### Natural Features:

Pineview Reservoir lies on the backside of the Wasatch Front. Ogden Valley is comprised of patchwork farmland surrounded by beautiful peaks.

#### Recreation:

Boating, fishing, swimming and water skiing are popular activities on Pineview Reservoir.

#### Facilities:

The marina rents boat slips for the entire season, from mid-May through September. The facility has a concrete boat ramp and a large paved parking lot with a designated area for slip holders. An adjacent gravel lot is used for overflow parking and dry storage.  
  
Dry storage can be purchased for a day, month or season. A public dock is on-site. A dump station and vault toilets are located in the paved parking lot.

Anderson Cove Campground is located 5 miles away on the south shore of Pineview Reservoir. It offers both family and group campsites and a swimming beach.

## Overview

Box Elder Campground is situated next to the town of Mantua and Mantua Reservoir in a pretty mountain valley just 5 miles from Brigham City, Utah. Visitors enjoy boating, fishing and exploring area trails.

Mantua Reservoir is just one mile away, offering fishing, boating, canoeing and swimming. Horseback riding and hiking on local trails are also popular activities.

Box Elder contains four group sites and several single-family sites. Flush toilets and drinking water are provided. Roads and parking spurs are gravel. A first-come, first-served picnic area is located within the campground.

## Natural Features

A dense forest of bottomland hardwoods covers the campground, offering plentiful shade in most sites. Box Elder Creek flows gently through the campground.

Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge contains nearly 80,000 acres of marsh, open water, uplands, and alkali mudflats. The marshes and open water are managed using a complex system of dikes and water control structures to provide a variety of water depths suitable for the needs of different waterbird species. The Refuge is an excellent place to observe wildlife along a 12-mile auto tour route, as well as enjoying hunting, fishing and wildlife photography.

Box Elder Campground

## Overview

South Fork Campground is located on the banks of the South Fork Ogden River at an elevation of 5,200 feet, just 7 miles from Huntsville, Utah. Campers love the park for its great river access. Tubing and fishing are very popular activities.

## Recreation

Campers enjoy fishing and tubing on the South Fork. Several hiking and mountain biking trails begin in the area.

## Facilities

The campground contains several single and double-family sites with picnic tables, campfire rings, utility tables and cement site pads. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided. Firewood is available for purchase from the host. Roads and parking spurs are gravel. 

## Natural Features

This scenic campground is situated among cottonwoods and willow. Moose and deer wander through the campground on occasion. The South Fork runs alongside the campground. 

## Nearby Attractions

Beautiful Ogden Valley has numerous boating, fishing, hiking, horseback and off-road vehicle riding and scenic driving opportunities. Pineview Reservoir is a short drive from the campground with boating, fishing and swimming.   
  
Causey Reservoir is close by, offering great canoeing and fishing, as well as hiking, biking and horseback riding trails.  
  
Highway 39 continues on to Monte Cristo Summit with sweeping mountain views. ATV and hiking trails are abundant in the area.
