Free dispersed spot right outside Bryce Canyon NP

Plenty of spots, drove 3 miles down a dirt road and it got progressively bumpier the further we went. There were RVs parked at the first few spots. We had a big open spot with trees for hammocks and there was a fire pit which came in handy since it got super duper cold. We had one other camper nearby but other than that it was very secluded.

The stars were gorgeous and plentiful and we witnessed a meteor shower in late May.

Close to Bryce and Red Canyon!

Excellent camping spots. Good road. Plenty of spaces for big rigs. Shade if you want it, open fields for solar if needed. Verizon cell service was excellent. We found a spot a mile up the road that we liked. Quiet. Only saw a handful of other campers for the 2 days we were here. 15 minutes from Bryce NP.

Best in the area

I went to 2 other locations before finding this one. The road is right off the highway, and has lots of campsites. The road isn’t too bad getting up- there are several sites not even a mile in off the main road. Wasn’t crowded, but I also visited in the off season.

Secluded!

Super great spot! We love a good secluded spot with no sounds of traffic. Fire pit already here and plenty of dead tree limbs around for fire. We drove up here with a 4 cylinder vehicle built in 1995 so I’d say it’s easy to access lol
