Sites are large and well-spaced, with a mix of shaded spots under pines and open clearings that work well for solar setups. Existing fire rings appear at several sites, and dead wood nearby gives campers material to work with. Cell coverage is reliable for multiple carriers, with AT&T and Verizon both confirmed by reviewers, and Starlink also works in the area. Bryce Canyon National Park sits roughly 15 minutes away by car, making this a practical base for day trips into the park. Campers interested in dispersed choices outside Dixie National Forest will find several comparable options along nearby forest roads, including Dixie NF Dispersed near Bryce Canyon City just to the southeast.
Crowd levels stay low outside summer weekends. Melanie G. noted it as "the quietest" of several dispersed sites visited across Southern Utah.
