Cliffside Cabins and RV Park

Cliffside Cabins and RV Park is located near the rugged terrain of southern Utah. The area experiences temperatures ranging from the 30s in winter to the 90s in summer. Campers can explore nearby Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, both offering unique geological formations and hiking opportunities.

Description

Cliffside is centrally located between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Our unique location makes it easy to visit both parks without having to find lodging in two separate places. Cliffside is located on 5 acres of property with a massive pink and grey sandstone ledge as its backdrop. (It looks amazing when the sun sets on it). We want our guests to have the best experience possible so we situated the tiny homes on the back of the property to ensure privacy and seclusion. Cliffside property also touches Highway 89 so it is easy to access. Cliffside is the perfect place to stay while visiting southern Utah.

Nice Stay

Level, clean, FHU. Enough room for our 45 ft 5th wheel and found a nice spot for our extra vehicle. Nice little and clean run for our dog. Owners were super nice and helpful. The containers and cabins look cute. The view of the red cliff is stunning. There was road noise, but it quiets down at night.

Noisy

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The road noise was constant and It was difficult to sit outside and have a conversation. Laundry facilities were mostly out of order. Showers had no hot water when we arrived. Stargazing was impossible due to too much light. The owners are trying, but need to improve a

and focus on what campers expect.

Let us dump our RV on our way through

We stayed at Coral Pink for a weekend and found this place north right off hwy 89 on our way home. They let us use an unoccupied site to dump and clean out our tanks. All the sites looked to have full hookups and all sites had gravel/crushed rock for the base. I can’t recall if they all had picnic tables, but some appeared to have a bit of shade. The cabins and containers looked nicely done and the area had good views. Right off the hwy so probably a bit off road noise but pretty close to Bryce and Zion parks.
