Parking lot with water and electric hookups

Not a bad spot for an overnight.  Only 2 other campers there so it was quiet.  They did come by and collect the rather pricey $40 fee.  There is a nice park down the hill if you want to walk or ride bikes on the path.  Not alot to say…planned to camp in the Spanish Oaks campground but the road to access the campsite was closed so ended up here instead.

Very disappointing

Upon on arrival, unknown what spot we were to be in, attempted to call the numbers listed overs 40 times, went to automated busy every time. Finally got in touch with somebody thru a number provided by another camper (someone’s personal cell), who then told us to just pick a spot and she would move our reservation to there. This is 30 amp ONLY (we had been told when we made our reservations that it was 50amp). Water is split between 2 RV’s cutting water pressure down to below 20psi. The “dump station” is at the end of the second parking area and can not be used by pulling your RV up to it, you must have a tote to use. Yes, the park is behind us, which makes it very noisy. However, it is NOT where to can reasonably walk and there are NOT the bike paths as seen in thier photos. Very disappointed. We paid $20.00 a night to basically boondock on a very uneven parking lot . When we went to level our rig, the front jacks bottomed out and the rigs are so close to gather we could not fully open our awnings On a positive note, both ATT and Verizon have good service here.

Just a parking lot, but in a beautiful park/awesome walk/bike trail!

First come, first serve, dump station on site(back of parking lot), friendly camphost; great access to an awesome bike/walk trail, close to town& Walmart

SITE: Water and Electricity only and all amenities worked great. All sites are back in and spaced in a large parking lot. Picnic table per site in the shade under the trees by your site; level site; all concrete; the sites are close together, but it wasn't full so the RVers thoughtfully spaced out from each other; full sun

CELL SERVICE: AT&T worked great- not all bars but it worked well for use working remote and no issues with video calls using our hotspot.

OTHER: Located on the edge of Canyon View Park. The park had just closed as they prep for their annual Christmas light show, but you could still walk on the trail through the park to access the main bike/walk trail which was awesome and goes on for many miles! We loved using this everyday we were there. Bathroom in the park was really clean. Dump station is in the parking lot(super convenient) on the back side. It was super gusty, windy at night and consistent every night from about 11pm- 10am. Maybe it's just seasonal? Make sure your awning is in!

$25 a night!

Canyon View RV Park is a long parking lot with 15-20 water and electric hookups and dump station. The sites (back in) are on one side, car (tows) are parked on the other. Most of them have a grassy area behind the RV. A short walk behind the campground and down a treed path is a park. The fee is $25 per night, paid thru a self check in (pictured).

All in all, I thought pricing was a little steep. It’s an option for the area but wouldn’t be my first option.
