We are located just 2 miles north of Tyler State Park, off of FM14, nestled in the Piney Woods of East Texas.
Our beautiful piece of heaven is a pristine location for your wedding, reunion, birthday, and or office party, as well as a rustic weekend getaway. Also we are excited to announce our newest venture, The Garden Pub, will be opening soon. It is our hope that guests will enjoy our organic home brews as well as our charcuterie boards. Both of which pair wonderfully with the beautiful scenery of the ranch. So keep us in mind when planning that date and looking for something fun to do.  We currently can seat up to 300 people for the venue and offer several packages for events at Savannah's. We’re offering our beautiful, peaceful, private, RV pad with full hook ups available in Ben Wheeler, TX: 15 minutes to Tyler, Lindale, and Canton- home of the Canton First Mondays Trade Days, largest flea market in Texas. Dallas 1.25 hours away for a quick, quiet country get away.

Spot is nestled under trees and overlooks pastures with longhorn cows. Single family, farmstead type environment. Flexible arrangements can be made. Long term stays require a background check. Winter visitors welcome!

\*50 amp electric, water, septic sewer, trash, picnic table, provided. Concrete pad, back in. Pricing for 2 adults, 2 vehicles, no pet fees. Pets require prior approval. Concrete pad is 16’x40’. Space can accommodate larger vehicles with overhang. Less than 10 minutes to access I-20 and 5 minutes to access Highway 64. Appx 2 miles of paved, narrow, slightly bumpy, charming county road.

Nightly rent: $75

Monthly rent $625+electric. Nightly, weekly, multi-month, & dry storage rates available.

Canton First Monday Dates require 3 nights minimum.

The Boulders offers a fun experience for the entire family. We offer fishing from our freshly renovated fishing barge, tackle, boating, boat slips, concessions and a clean and spacious RV parks or tents with a lake front view. There is also a boat ramp located on the grounds for your convenience.

South Central Texas is a prime area of the state to explore. Known far and wide as the Hill Country, it is so named for its rolling hills and woodlands. Famous for its excellent wineries, historic small towns and natural beauty, the Hill Country also boasts a unique offering for campers known as Enchanted Rock State Park. 


Enchanted Rock is a large pink granite dome that rises 425 feet above the surrounding terrain and is the largest granite monadock in the United States. Indians, Spaniards and early settlers all had stories of magical, spiritual or unexplained happenings around the rock which gave the feature its name. These days, one of the most intriguing sights is at night, after a rain. The wet dome seems to glitter in the moonlight and while regarded as a simple play of light on the granite, the effect adds to both the mystery and enchantment of the area. 


Another intriguing site in the Hill Country is Jacob’s Well, a short 78 miles southeast from Enchanted Rock State Park. Fed by a natural artesian spring, Jacob’s Well consists of a large pool connected to a vast underground cavern system that sprawls more than 4300 feet. The spring is connected to the Trinity Aquifer and emits thousands of gallons of water each day where visitors can enjoy the cool 68 degree water. Jacob’s Well is a popular and welcome retreat from the famous Texas heat!
